للحوكمة الرشيدة دورا أساسيا في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي المحلي ومن ثم محاولة التوجيه والتدخل المهني بتفعيل الحوكمة الرشيدة ووضع البرامج التدريبية التي تحدث مثل هذا التغيير المستهدف مما يؤثر إيجابيا في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي ومن ثم واقعية الخطة وفعاليتها وتحقيق أهداف سياسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، ومن ثم دفع عجلة التنمية في البلاد. واستنباطا مما سبق تتحدد القضية الرئيسية للدراسة في، هل تؤدي الحوكمة الرشيدة في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي المحلي؟ وهدفت الدراسة، تحديد مستوي أبعاد الحوكمة الرشيدة كمتغير في تحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي المحلي، تحديد مستوي أبعاد الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي المحلي، محاولة وضع تصور تخطيطي مقترح لتحقيق الأمن الاجتماعي على المستوي المحلي في إطار أبعاد الحوكمة الرشيدة. نوع الدراسة ومنهجها: تعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التحليلية، مستخدمة منهج دراسة الحالة، والحالة هنا المجلس المحلي على مستوي المحافظة المراكز والمدن والأحياء والقري لمحافظة أسيوط. أدوات الدراسة: استمارة استبيان: للمسئولين على المستوي المحلي بمحافظة أسيوط وبلغ عددهم (72) عضوا، أوضحت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفروض كاملة.
