المستخلص: The study aimed at determining the level of capabilities of the poor, determining the level of economic empowerment of poor women, identifying mechanisms for achieving economic empowerment for poor women, and To reach a proposed planning concept to increase the achievement of economic empowerment of poor women, this study is descriptive studies, and the study relied on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey method for members of the board of directors and those responsible for implementing programs and projects in the Association of Righteous Sons (15) singles, And by sample for the women who are beneficiaries of the lending service from the society, and they are (88) singles. The study tool is represented in a questionnaire for members of the board of directors and those responsible for implementing the association's programs and projects, and a questionnaire form for women who benefit from the lending service from the association. The results of the study reached to prove the validity of the first hypothesis of the study, which led to "the level of capabilities of the poor is expected to be high", and the study also proved the validity of the second hypothesis, which "is expected to be the level of indicators of economic empowerment of poor women high", The study confirmed the validity of the third hypothesis, which leads to "it is expected that the level of mechanisms to achieve economic empowerment for poor women is high", and the study also demonstrated the validity of the fourth hypothesis, which states "There is a statistically significant direct relationship between the capabilities of the poor and achieving economic empowerment of poor women."

استهدفت الدراسة: تحديد مستوى قدرات الفقراء، وتحديد مستوى التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة، وتحديد آليات تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة، وصولا إلى تصور تخطيطي مقترح لزيادة تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج العلمي باستخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والمسؤولين عن تنفيذ البرامج والمشروعات بجمعية الأبناء الصالحين وعددهم (15) مفردة، وبالعينة للسيدات المستفيدات من خدمة الإقراض من الجمعية وعددهم (88) مفردة. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استمارة استبيان لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة والمسؤولين عن تنفيذ البرامج والمشروعات بالجمعية، واستمارة استبيان للسيدات المستفيدات من خدمة الإقراض من الجمعية. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: إثبات صحة الفرض الأول للدراسة والذي مؤداه "من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى قدرات الفقراء مرتفعاً"، وأيضا أثبتت الدراسة صحة الفرض الثاني والذي مؤداه "من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى مؤشرات التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة مرتفعاً"، وأثبتت الدراسة صحة الفرض الثالث والذي مؤداه "من المتوقع أن يكون مستوى آليات تحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة مرتفعاً"، وأيضا أثبتت الدراسة صحة الفرض الرابع والذي مؤداه "توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين قدرات الفقراء وتحقيق التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الفقيرة".
