|b The aim of the research is clarify features and indicators that the researcher had reached in terms of the national security strategy of PRC and what it contained, explaining the methods of obtaining these indicators and the extent of their credibility, leading to an analysis of the information gained in an attempt to establish pivots for understanding and analyzing Chinese foreign policy towards the United States and the Arab region. The first topic deals with ’’People’s Republic of China Strategies” starting with the introduction, clarifying the vision of the Chinese President and his clarification of the concept of national security and the measures to preserve it, referring to the term ” A Community with Shared Future for Mankind” and reading several Chinese documents, books and policy papers by international research centers in an attempt to clarify China’s national security strategy Which has not been officially published by any means, then China’s military strategy and official policy documents. The second topic, ’’Analysis of Chinese Foreign Policy and Strategies,” dealt with China’s policy with the assumption of US President Donald Trump and China’s stances towards the United States, Russia and Europe. Also, China’s endeavors towards a multi-polar world, China adopts a policy of ’’Economic Diplomacy” to enhance soft power. All these are to confirm that China is a non-imperial power that seeks to respect the sovereignty of states over its territories and not interfere in its affairs. The research concluded that China is seeking to gradually become a great power, by managing relations with its regional neighboring states surroundings in East Asia region, then expanding globally through giant economic projects, avoiding direct rivalry against the United States.

|a هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح ما توصل إليه الباحث من ملامح ومؤشرات توضح استراتيجية الأمن القومي للصين الشعبية وما تتضمنه شارحاً طرق حصوله على هذه المؤشرات ومدى مصداقيتها وصولا إلى تحليل ما توصل إليه من معلومات في محاولة لوضع محاور إرتكاز لفهم وتحليل السياسة الخارجية الصينية تجاه الولايات المتحدة وروسيا والمنطقة العربية. تناول المبحث الأول "استراتيجيات الصين الشعبية" بدءً بالتمهيد لها بتوضيح رؤية الرئيس الصيني وتوضيحه لمفهوم الأمن القومي وإجراءات الحفاظ عليه، مشيراً لمصطلح" مجتمع ذي مصير مشترك للبشرية" والتعرض لعدة وثائق وكتب وأوراق سياسية صينية ودراسات لمراكز أبحاث دولية في محاولة لتوضيح استراتيجية الأمن القومي للصين التي لم يتم نشرها رسمياً بأي وسيلة، ثم استراتيجية الصين العسكرية وما تلاها من وثائق سياسية. أما المبحث الثاني" تحليل استراتيجيات والسياسة الخارجية الصينية" فقد تعرض لسياسة الصين مع تولي الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ومواقف الصين تجاه والولايات المتحدة وروسيا وأوروبا. ومساعي الصين نحو عالم متعدد الأقطاب، وتبني الصين سياسة" الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية" لتعزيز القوة الناعمة. كل ذلك لتأكيد أن الصين قوة غير إمبريالية تسعى لاحترام سيادة الدول على أراضيها وعدم التدخل في شؤونها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصين تسعى لأن تصبح قوة عظمي تدريجياً، وذلك بالسيطرة على محيطها الإقليمي بشرق آسيا ثم التمدد عالمياً من خلال المشاريع الاقتصادية العملاقة دون منافسة مباشرة أمام الولايات المتحدة.
