المستخلص: The aim of this research is to design a training program using the life model to develop educators' awareness of the challenges of adolescent upbringing in the knowledge society and the global continent that includes the whole world in an electronic form in which knowledge innovations are transmitted on millions of digital pages including information and knowledge in various fields and various disciplines, which formed A challenge for educators in the process of raising their teenage children and they need to develop their awareness on how to do the process of raising in a way that achieves positive results despite all these digital challenges. Accordingly, a questionnaire was applied to the questionnaire of “adolescent upbringing challenges in a knowledge society” consisting of three sub-dimensions: social challenges, cognitive challenges, technology challenges, those dimensions consist of (33) words, related to the main dimensions referred to that translate some procedural challenges To raise the adolescent, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the quantitative and qualitative approach in analyzing and interpreting the results of the research. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which were: interest in programs to educate educators of the challenges of adolescent upbringing in digital technology, developing educators' awareness of contemporary methods and skills of education that make adolescent upbringing based on lofty values and avoiding slipping and deviation in the negative effects of the web, and encouraging positive connotations It contains.

هدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي مقترح باستخدام نموذج الحياة لتنمية وعي المربين بتحديات تنشئة المراهق في مجتمع المعلومات والقارة الكونية التي تضم العالم كله بشكل إلكتروني شبكي يتم فيه تناقل مستحدثات المعرفة على ملايين الصفحات الرقمية بما فيها من معلومات ومعرفة في شتى المجالات ومختلف التخصصات، مما شكل تحديا على المربين في عملية تنشئة أبنائهم المراهقين وأصبحوا بحاجة إلى تنمية وعيهم حول كيفية القيام بعملية التنشئة بشكل يحقق نتائج إيجابية رغم كل هذه التحديات الرقمية. وبناء على ذلك تم تطبيق استمارة استبيان "تحديات تنشئة المراهق في مجتمع المعلومات" المكونة من ثلاثة أبعاد فرعية وهي: التحديات الاجتماعية، التحديات المعرفية، التحديات التكنولوجيا، تلك الأبعاد مكونة من (33) عبارة، ترتبط بالأبعاد الرئيسة المشار إليها والتي تترجم بعض التحديات الإجرائية لتنشئة المراهق، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الكمي والكيفي في تحليل وتفسير نتائج البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: الاهتمام ببرامج تدريب المربين لتوعيتهم بتحديات تنشئة المراهق في ظل ثورة التكنولوجيا الرقمية، وتنمية وعي المربين بأساليب ومهارات التربية المعاصرة التي تجعل تنشئة المراهق قائمة على القيم السامية ومتجنبة الانزلاق والانحراف في التأثيرات السلبية للشبكة العنكبوتية، والتشجيع على الاستفادة من المضامين الإيجابية التي تحتويها.
