المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى تحديد واقع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات للتعامل مع الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتحديد فهم الجامعات لدورها اتجاههم، ومستوى إدراكهم لاحتياجاتهم، والاهتمام بتخفيف مشكلاتهم، وطريقة مشاركتهم في الأنشطة وإشباع احتياجاتهم الفردية لكل منهم؛ وهذه كمؤشرات للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، وينتمي هذا البحث إلى البحوث الوصفية التحليلية معتمدا في ذلك على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة العشوائية البسيطة لقيادات الجامعة ومنسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمسح الاجتماعي الشامل للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بجامعة حائل، معتمدا في ذلك على مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية لقيادات الجامعة ومنسوبيها من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة؛ وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية أن هناك تباين في مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية للجامعات للتعامل مع الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة على مختلف أبعاد المقياس من حيث خدمات الجامعة لهم في مختلف وحداتها. وأوصى البحث بضرورة صياغة مقترحات لتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ورفع مستوى رضا الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حول مسؤولية الجامعة اتجاههم.

The aim of the research is to determine the reality of the social responsibility of universities to deal with The students with special needs and to determine the universities' understanding of their role towards them, the level of their awareness of their needs and the interest in Solving their problems, the method of their participation in activities and the satisfaction of their individual needs for each of them. These are indicators of social responsibility, and this research belongs to the analytical descriptive research, relying on the method of the social survey with a simple random sample of university leaderships and faculty members, and a comprehensive social survey of students with special needs at the University of Hail, relying on the scale of social responsibility of university leaders and employees From faculty members and students with special needs; The results of statistical analysis using a number of statistical methods showed that there is a variation in the level of social responsibility of universities to deal with students with special needs on the various dimensions of the scale in terms of the university's services to them in its various units. The research recommended the necessity of formulating proposals to develop social responsibility and raise the level of satisfaction of students with special needs regarding the university's responsibility towards them.
