المستخلص: إن ممارسة التعلم بكفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين قد تساهم في تحقيق التعلم مدى الحياة، وتحسن من طرق التدريس باتباع نهج فاعل يركز على المتعلم والتعلم المستقل، ويوفر بيئات تعلم ملهمة وأنشطة منظمة بحيث يستطيع كل طالب استثمار مواهبه لتحقيق أهدافه، لذا هدف البحث الحالي التوصل إلى تأثير برنامج تنموي قائم على توظيف المحطات العلمية المدمجة على التفكير المستند إلى الحكمة وبعض المهارات الموجهة نحو المستقبل في ضوء استشراف كفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طالبات كلية التربية النوعية جامعة الاسكندرية، وقد تم تطبيق أدوات البحث المتمثلة في (مقياس التفكير المستند إلى الحكمة ل(بروان، 2006)،واختبار المهارات الموجهة نحو المستقبل)، على عينة قوامها (٥٠) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الثالثة شعبتي الاقتصاد المنزلي (25) طالبة، وكذلك التربية الفنية (٢٥) طالبة ،وتم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي Quasi Experimental Design ذو التصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة (One Group Pre-Test Post-Test-Design)، وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج هامة منها تأثير برنامج تنموي قائم على توظيف المحطات العلمية المدمجة على التفكير المستند على الحكمة وبعض المهارات الموجهة نحو المستقبل في ضوء استشراف كفاءات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طالبات كلية التربية النوعية جامعة الاسكندرية، حيث لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأبعاد التفكير المستند إلى الحكمة، والمهارات الموجهة نحو المستقبل، وكذلك لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لأبعاد التفكير المستند إلى الحكمة، والمهارات الموجهة نحو المستقبل تبعا للتخصص، وأوصى البحث بضرورة طرح رؤى جديدة لإعداد برامج تدريبية تساهم في تنمية أبعاد التفكير المستند إلى الحكمة وكذلك المهارات المستقبلية لمراحل دراسية مختلفة في التعليم الجامعي والتعليم قبل الجامعي، وكذلك لابد من إعادة النظر في برامج إعداد المعلمين للمساهمة في نشر الوعي وإكسابهم مستوى عال من المهارات المستقبلية والتفكير الحكيم في حياتهم العلمية والعملية.

The practice of 21st century competencies contributes to lifelong learning, improves teaching methods through an effective approach that focuses on the learner and independent learning, and provides inspiring learning environments and structured activities so that each student can invest their skills to achieve their goals. So the research aims to achieve the effect of a development program based on the use scientific stations integrated on thinking based on wisdom and some of future-oriented Skills in the light of outlook competencies of the twenty-first century among students of the Faculty of Specific Education Alexandria. It was applied (Scale thinking based on wisdom, Skills test-oriented future), on a sample of (50) students from the third year students divisions of home economics (25) students, as well as art education (25) students, and the quasi-experimental method was used Quasi Experimental Design One Group Pre-Test Post-Test-Design, and the research reached important results. The research reached important results, including the impact of a development program based on the use of integrated scientific stations on thinking based on wisdom and some skills directed towards the future in the light of the prospects of the twenty-first century competencies of students of the Faculty of Specific Education, Alexandria University, where there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre- and post-measurements of the dimensions of wisdom-based thinking and future-oriented skills, as well as there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two measurements. The research recommended the need to develop new visions for the preparation of training programs that contribute to the development of the dimensions of wisdom-based thinking as well as future skills for different stages of study in university education and pre-university education, as well as to be reconsidered. In the programs of preparing teachers to contribute to spread awareness and give them a high level of future skills and wise thinking in their scientific and practical lives.
