|a تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تحقيق جودة تعليم القرآن الكريم المتعلقة بمكونات العملية التعليمية: عضو هيئة التدريس، والطالب، والبيئة التعليمية. وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، المباشرين للعمل التعليمي. وبيان المتطلبات الواجب توافرها لجودة التعليم عموما، والقرآن الكريم خصوصا، في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الميدانية. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: وافق أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية القرآن الكريم بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة بشدة على متطلبات تحقيق جودة تعليم القرآن الكريم في الجامعة الإسلامية، والمرتبطة بالمعلم والطالب والبيئة التعليمية، وجاءت متطلبات تحقيق جودة تعليم القرآن المتعلقة بالطالب في المرتبة الأولى بين محاور الاستبانة، يليها المتطلبات المتعلقة بالمعلم، في حين جاءت المتطلبات المتعلقة بالبيئة التعليمية في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما تمثلت أهم متطلبات تحقيق الجودة في تعليم القرآن الكريم المرتبطة بالمعلم في الإخلاص لله تبارك وتعالى، وتعظيم شأن القرآن الكريم، وسلامة مخارج الحروف، والالتزام بأخلاق القرآن الكريم. كما تمثلت أهم متطلبات تحقيق الجودة في تعليم القرآن الكريم المرتبطة بالطالب في نطق الآيات أثناء القراءة نطقا صحيحا، وتعهد القرآن الكريم بالقراءة والمدارسة، وتحديد مقدار معين للقراءة والحفظ، وإدراك فضل تعلم القرآن الكريم. وأيضـا تبين أهم متطلبات تحقيق الجودة في تعليم القرآن الكريم المرتبطة بالبيئة التعليمية في توافر الأسـاتذة المتخصـصـين لتدريس القرآن الكريم، وإقامة الجامعة مسابقة لجودة حفظ القرآن الكريم وإتقانه، وعمل دروس تقوية للطلاب منخفضي الحفظ، وتشجيع الجامعة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على جودة التعليم. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الدرجة العلمية، ومكان الحصول على الشهادة، والجنسية.

|b The study aims to investigate the requirements to achieve quality in teaching Holy Qur'an with regard to the components of the educational process, faculty member, student, and educational environment from viewpoint of the faculty members, who are directly involve in to the educational field, and show the requirements that must be met for the quality of education in general and the Holy Quran in particular, on the light of the results of the field study. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study has concluded the following results: The faculty members of the College of the Holy Quran at the Islamic University in Medina strongly agreed on the requirements for achieving the quality of teaching the Holy Qur'an at the Islamic University, which is related to the teacher, the student, and the educational environment. The requirements for achieving Holy Quran quality education which is related to the Student comes at the first rank among the components of the questionnaire, followed by the requirements that are related to the teacher, whereas, the requirements that are related to the educational environment comes in the last rank. The most important requirements for achieving quality in teaching Holy Quran are represented in faithfulness to ALLAH Almighty, greatening of the Holy Quran, correct pronunciation of the letters, and commitment with the morals of the Holy Quran. Also, among the other most important requirements for achieving quality in teaching Holy Qur'an which is related to the student are the correct pronunciation of the Quran's verses during reading, and up keeping reading and understanding of the Quran, determination of a certain portion for reading and memorization, and realize the virtue of learning the Qur'an. Also, the most important requirements for achieving quality in teaching the Holy Qur'an which is related to the educational environment are represented in the availability of specialized teachers to teach Holy Qur'an, competitions made by the university for quality memorization of the Quran which is established for mastering, and organizing supporting lessons to strength the poor memorization of the students, encouragement of the staff members by the university for quality education. Non-existence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the answers of the sample of the study due to the variable of the academic degree and the place of obtaining the certificate and nationality.
