المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لمديرات رياض الأطفال في محافظة العاصمة عمان في ضوء أسلوب الهندسة الإدارية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (75) مديرة روضة، أي ما نسبته 20% من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (413) مديرة، وتم أخذ (5) معلمات مقابل كل مديرة، فأصبح العدد (375) معلمة، وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة قام الباحثان بتطوير أداة الدراسة لقياس واقع استخدام مديرات رياض الأطفال لأسلوب الهندسة الإدارية في محافظة العاصمة عمان، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع استخدام أسلوب الهندسة الإدارية في رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات جاء متوسطاً. فكان المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (3.50) بانحراف معياري (0.68)، وأن مستوى أهمية استخدام أسلوب الهندسة الإدارية في رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظر المديرات والمعلمات كان مرتفعاً. فكان المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (4.66) بانحراف معياري (0.42). وبناء على النتائج السابقة فقد توصل الباحثان إلى برنامج تدريبي، اشتمل على (38) فقرة، وتم التأكد من ملاءمته بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص في الإدارة التربوية. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحثان بما يأتي: إعطاء ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية لمديرات رياض الأطفال لتطوير مهاراتهن باستخدام أسلوب الهندسة الإدارية في العمل الإداري، واعتماد البرنامج التدريبي المقترح من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم.

This study aims at constructing a Proposed Training program for Kindergarten Principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman in Light of the Administrative Engineering Style, The study sample consists of (75) Principals a percentage of 20% of the study population which was(413), and (5) teachers were taken for each Principal totaling (375) teachers. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed the instrument of the study, to measure the reality of using the administrative engineering style by Kindergarten Principals in the Governorate of the Capital Amman. Validity and reliability of the instrument were assured. The findings of the study showed that the reality of using the administrative engineering style in Kindergartens from the Principals and teachers point of view was medium. The total mean was (3.50) with a standard deviation of (0.68). The level of the importance of using the administrative engineering style in Kindergartens from the Principals and teachers point of view was high. The total mean was (4.66) with a standard deviation of (0.42). In light of the previous result, the researcher constructed a training program. It consisted of (38) items, It was confirmed that the program was suitable for the purpose of the study, by presenting it to a jury who have knowledge and experience in educational administration. Depending on the finding, the re searchers recommended the following: - Organizing training programs and workshops for Kindergarten Principals to develop their skills by using the administrative engineering style in the administrative work, and adopting the proposed training program of this study by the Ministry of Education.
