يهدف البحث إلى ما يلي: - التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تنمية مهارات التدريس لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية وذلك من خلال تصميم برنامج ينمي ويكسب المهارات التدريس لمعلمي التربية الرياضية في ضوء رؤية مصر لتطوير التعليم 2030م وقياس فاعليته وتم إعداد أدتي البحث المتمثلة في بطاقة تقييم المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي التربية الرياضية، والاختبار المعرفي لمعلمي التربية الرياضية لقياس الجانب المعرفي للمهارات التدريسية. - استخدم الباحث المنهج (شبه التجريبي) نظام المجموعة الواحدة وتكونت عينة البحث من (25) معلم، وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث (بطاقة تقييم، والاختبار المعرفي) قبلياً على عينة البحث بهدف التعرف على مستوى أدائهم للمهارات التدريسية، وبعدياً بعد خضوعهم للبرنامج التدريبي المقترح بهدف التعرف على الفروق بين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي. أهم النتائج: - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي التقديرات التقويمية على بطاقة ملاحظة أداء المهارات التدريسية لأفراد العينة في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة على الاختبار المعرفي لمهارات التدريسية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. التوصيات: - الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المقترح المضمن في الدراسة الحالية في تدريب معلمي التربية الرياضية لتنمية مهاراتهم التدريسية. - التوسع في برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة لمعلمي التربية الرياضية لرفع أدائهم التدريسي.
The research aims to: - Identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program in developing teaching skills for physical education teachers by designing a program that develops and acquires teaching skills for physical education teachers in the light of Egypt's vision to develop education in 2030 and measure its effectiveness and growth in the preparation of the two research tools represented in the teaching skills assessment card for physical education teachers, And the knowledge test for physical education teachers to measure their knowledge of teaching skills. - The researcher used the (semi-experimental) curriculum of the one group system and the research sample consisted of (25) teachers, and the research tools (evaluation card and cognitive test) were applied beforehand on the research sample in order to identify the level of their performance of teaching skills, and after they undergo the proposed training program with the aim of Learn the differences between tribal and post application. The most important results: - There are statistically significant differences between the average evaluation estimates on the note card for the performance of the teaching skills of the sample individuals in the pre and post applications, in favor of the post application. - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals on the cognitive test of teaching skills in the pre and post applications, in favor of the post application. Recommendations: - Take advantage of the proposed training program included in the current study in training physical education teachers to develop their teaching skills teaching performance.
