|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع أداء معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء بناء مجتمع المعرفة في المدارس الثانوية في قطاع غزة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والمعلمات أنفسهن، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة، حيث استخدم من خلاله استبانة تحتوى على (33) فقرة بحسب تدريج خماسي، تم تطبيقها على عينة (28) مشرف تربوي للمواد الاجتماعية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، و(62) معلمة دراسات اجتماعية، واستعان الباحث بالرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في إجراء التحليلات الاحصائية اللازمة للدراسة.\nكشفت نتائج الدراسة أن الدرجة الكلية لمتوسطات أداء معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء بناء مجتمع المعرفة من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين، حصلت على (3.82)، نسبة مئوية (76.5%)، بدرجة كبيرة.\nوأظهرت النتائج عن أنَّ الدرجة الكلية لمتوسطات أداء معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء بناء مجتمع المعرفة من وجهة نظر المعلمات أنفسهن، حصلت على (4.09)، نسبة مئوية (81.93%)، بدرجة كبيرة.\nوقدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها: تدريب المعلمات على الخبرات التربوية الحديثة، التي فرضها المجتمع المعرفي، العمل على إعادة النظر في استراتيجيات الإشراف التربوية لمعلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية ومحاولة تطويرها في ضوء بناء مجتمع المعرفة، مساعدة معلمات الدراسات الاجتماعية على تنفيذ الأنشطة المعرفية، إصدار نشرات تربوية تطرح من خلالها استراتيجيات التدريس المتضمنة لطرائق تحقيق بناء مجتمع المعرفة، عقد ندوات وحوارات بين كل من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية والمشرفين التربويين تناقش الأفكار التي تسهم في تطوير الأداء في ضوء بناء مجتمع المعرفة.

|f The study aimed to identify the reality of social studies teachers' performance in light of building a knowledge society in secondary schools in the Gaza Strip from the point of view of the educational supervisors and teachers themselves. The descriptive and analytical approach was used in this study. A questionnaire containing (33) items was used according to A five-point ranking. It was applied to a sample of (28) educational supervisors for social materials, who were randomly selected, and (62) teachers of social studies. The researcher used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to conduct the necessary statistical analyzes for the study.\nThe study results revealed that the total score of the averages performance of social studies teachers in light of building a knowledge society from the educational supervisors' viewpoint, obtained (3.82), a percentage of (76.5%), significantly.\nThe results showed that the total score of the average performance of social studies female teachers in light of building a knowledge society from the teachers' viewpoint, obtained (4.09), a percentage of (81.93%), significantly.\nThe study presented some recommendations and proposals, including training female teachers on modern educational experiences imposed by the knowledge community, working to reconsider educational supervision strategies for social studies teachers and trying to develop them in light of building a knowledge society, helping social studies teachers implement cognitive activities, issuing educational brochures through which teaching strategies, including methods to achieve building a knowledge society, are presented, holding seminars and dialogues between teachers of social studies and educational supervisors discussing ideas that contribute to developing performance in light of building a knowledge society. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
