المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى أثر إدارة الوقت في أداء المستشفيات الخاصة في الأردن، من خلال معرفة أثر وظائف إدارة الوقت على أداء المستشفيات الخاصة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (212) عاملا، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بوضع مجموعة أسئلة وصياغة مجموعة من الفرضيات، وبهدف جمع وتحليل البيانات تم توزيع أداة الدراسة "الاستبانة" المكونة من (29) فقرة على مجتمع الدراسة، وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية، وقد استخدمت مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها ما يلي: - وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05 =α)، لإدارة الوقت بأبعادها مجتمعة (تحديد الأهداف. وتحديد الأولويات، وجدولة الوقت)، على الأداء بأبعاده منفردة (التعلم والنمو، والأداء الاجتماعي، والأداء البيئي) في المستشفيات الخاصة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) في مستوى الأداء في المستشفيات الخاصة تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل التعليمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، والمركز الوظيفي). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: - الاهتمام بالوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة المساعدة في عملية تحديد الأولويات؛ لما لها من أثر في إنجاز المهام بشكل أسرع، ورفع مستوى التعلم والنمو. - الاستمرار في تحفيز العاملين ماديا ومعنويا، والإشراف والمتابعة لهم بشكل دوري؛ لزيادة قدرة العامل على استغلال الوقت بالشكل المطلوب، لما للعنصر البشري من دور في نجاح عملية إدارة الوقت في المستشفيات الخاصة.

The aim of this study was to study the effect of time management on the performance of private hospitals in Jordan by studying the impact of time management functions on the performance of private hospitals. The study sample was (212). A collection of hypotheses was developed. In order to collect and analyze the data, questionnaires, which consist of (29) question, were distributed to the study population. In the light of this, data were collected and analyzed using the statistical package. A set of descriptive and indicative statistical methods were used to analyze the data and test hypotheses. Private hospitals apply time management in a high degree. The study reached several results, the most important of which are the following: - The existence of a significant statistical effect at a significant level (α = 0.05), to manage the time in its combined dimensions (target setting, priority setting, time scheduling), performance in its individual dimensions (learning and growth, social performance, environmental performance). - There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the level of performance in private hospitals due to the personal and functional variables (gender, age, educational qualifications, years of experience, career status). The study reached several proposals, the most important are: - Hospitals should continue to apply time management because of its significant impact on performance results. - Pay attention to the process of setting goals in business planning helps to improve the overall performance. - Develop the concept of scheduling time by spreading and consolidating the concept of self-performance among employees. - Taking care of the new technological means to assist in the prioritization process because of their impact on faster completion of tasks, higher learning and growth. - Continuing to stimulate the workers physically, morally and follow them periodically to increase the ability of the worker to use time as required. The human element has a very significant role of processing time management in private hospitals successfully.
