المستخلص: للعمرة ثواب عظيم، والرحلة لآدائها-خاصة بالنسبة لغير المقيمين بالمملكة العربية السعودية-لا بد أن يتوفر لها مقومات السفر من الإجراءات الرسمية، والاستعدادات المادية، ثم تكبد صعاب السفر، فإذا مَنّ الله بها على المسلم فإنه يسعى جاهدا إلى الإكثار من فعل أنواع الخير، وقد يقوم بتكرار العمرة مرة بعد مرة، مستكثرا من الخير، أو ناويا بها النيابة عن قريب له قد توفى، وهذا الأمر دار خلاف فيه بين أهل العلم قديما وحديثا، الراجح-حسب ما تم التوصل إليه في البحث-هو جواز تكرار العمرة بلا تقييد بوقت محدد بين العمرتين، ويكون الإحرام بالعمرة المكررة من أي جهات الحل ولا يشترط التنعيم، وكلما تباعد كان أفضل، وإذا أحرم من أحد المواقيت كان أفضل وأجود، أما بالنسبة للمفاضلة بين تكرار العمرة والطواف فالراجح أن كلاهما فيه فضل وأجر كبير، وينبغي على الإنسان أن يختار ما هو أصلح لقلبه، وأنفع في وقته، فقد يصير العمل الفاضل مفضولاً في بعض الأحيان.

The performance of 'Umrah has a great reward and undertaking it- for non-residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- must have its perquisites, including the official procedures of travel, financial preparations, and most importantly the ability to forebear the hardships of travel. Once a Muslim is luxurious and well-to-do, he/she seeks to multiply his good deeds. He/she may intend to repeat the performance of 'Umrah as an act of good deeds or perform it on behalf of a deceased relative. However, the repetition of 'Umrah is one of the controversial issues among the modernist and traditionalist Muslim scholars. The findings of this paper conclude that the most preponderant view is that the repetition of 'Umrah is permissible without abiding by a certain time between the first 'Umrah and the second one. As such, entering the state of Ihram for repetitive Umrah may be done from any satiation of Ihram, not just the mosque of Tan'eem. However, entering the state of Ihram from a distant place or from one of the stations of Ihram would be much favorable and preferable. As for making choice between the repetition of Umrah or tawaf (circumambulation of the Ka'ba), the most preponderant view is that both acts are worthy of reward. However, a Muslim must choose what is best for his heart and useful to his time. This is because a good act of worship may become a better act in certain times. May Allah's Peace and Blessings be Upon Prophet Muhammad, his household, his companions, and those who follow him until he Day of Judgment!
