المستخلص: هذا: وموضوع تخصيص العلة الشرعية من الموضوعات التي بحاجة إلى مزيد عنايةٍ؛ لأن حاجة الناس إلى القياس لا تنقطع ما دامت الحوادث تترى، والزمان يتجدد، وتعظم فائدة دراسة هذا الموضوع حين تبحث مسائله التي وقع الخلاف فيها مع بيان الآثار المترتبة على هذا الخلاف. لهذا فقد آثرت الكتابة في هذا الموضوع، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة. أما المقدمة ففي أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره. وأما التمهيد: ففي التعريف بمصطلحات عنوان البحث. والفصل الأول: حقيقة تخصيص العلة، والفرق بينه وبين نقض العلة، وبينه وبين الاستحسان. والفصل الثاني: آراء العلماء في تخصيص العلة. والفصل الثالث: الآثار المترتبة على تخصيص العلة، وفيه مبحثان: المبحث الأول: المسائل الأصولية المترتبة على القول بتخصيص العلة. والمبحث الثاني: المسائل الفقهية المترتبة على القول بتخصيص العلة. ثم اتبعت ذلك كله بالخاتمة والفهارس.

This: The issue of allocating the legal cause is one that needs more attention. Because the need for people to measure does not stop as long as accidents are seen. and time is renewed, and the benefit of studying this issue is great when its issues are discussed in which the dispute occurred, while explaining the implications of this dispute That is why I have chosen writing on this topic, and I have divided it into an introduction. a preface. three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it. As for the preamble: in defining the terms of the research title. And the first chapter: the fact of allocating the cause, and the difference between it and the denunciation of the illness, and between it and approval. And the second chapter: the opinions of scholars regarding the allocation of illness. And the third chapter: The implications of allocating the illness and it contains two topics: The first topic: The fundamental issues that arise from the saying of allocating the cause. The second topic: Jurisprudential issues arising from the statement of the assignment of illness.. Then I followed it all with conclusions and indexes.
