المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى وعي الجمهور بدور مواقع الصحف المصرية في التحذير من مخاطر فيروس كورونا المستجد، والكشف عن دوافع تعرض المبحوثين لهذه المواقع، وقياس حجم الإحساس بمخاطر الفيروس لديهم. وتأتى أهمية الدراسة الحالية متزامنة مع الاهتمام العالمي بالحد من مخاطر الفيروس، والدعوة نحو التحوط منه والتحرز من الإصابة به في ظل توسع دائرة انتشاره. طبقت الدراسة على 450 مفردة من مختلف المراحل العمرية والمستويات الاجتماعية والثقافية؛ لقياس حجم ودوافع تعرض جمهور المبحوثين لمواقع صحف (الأهرام، الاخبار، اليوم السابع، مصراوي)، وإحساس الجمهور بدور مواقع الصحف في التوعية بالمخاطر المجتمعية للفيروس. استخدم الباحث منهج المسح باعتباره المنهج المناسب لهذه الدراسة، مستعيناً بأداة الاستقصاء لجمع البيانات عن الحالة، وأسفرت النتائج على أن نسبة 87% من المبحوثين يعتمدون على مواقع صحف الدراسة في الحصول على المعلومات عن جائحة فيروس كورونا، منهم 16.48% مرتفعي الاعتماد على مواقع هذه الصحف ويتعرضون لها بشكلٍ دائمٍ. و25.14% من متوسطي التعرض فيعتمدون على هذه المواقع بشكلٍ غير منتظم، و58.38% قليلي مستوى الاعتماد على هذه المواقع، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة معرفة المبحوثين بأخبار ومخاطر فيروس كورونا تزيد بزيادة تعرضهم لموقع صحف الدراسة كمصدر للمعلومات.

The study aimed to identify the level of public awareness of the role of Egyptian newspaper sites in warning about the dangers of the emerging corona virus, to uncover the motives of respondent›s exposure to these sites, and to measure the size of their perception of the risks of the virus. The importance of the current study coincides with the global concern to reduce the risks of the virus and the case to guard against it and guard against infection in light of the expansion of its spread. The study was applied to 450 individuals from different age stages and social and cultural levels to measure the size and drivers of exposure to newspapers sites (Al- Ihram, Al - Akbar, Al – Yom Al-Seabee, and Masaryk.) And the public's perception of the role of these sites in raising awareness of the societal risks of the virus. The researcher used the survey approach as the appropriate approach for this study. Using the investigation tool, we can collect data on the case. The results showed that 87% of the respondents depend on the study newspaper, websites to obtain information about the emerging corona virus. Of them, 16.48% are highly dependent on study newspapers for obtaining information, and they acknowledge their role in warning them about the dangers of the virus. And .25.14% of the average exposures depend on the study newspaper sites irregularly, and 58.38% of the low level of dependence on these sites. The results also indicated that the degree of the respondents, knowledge of the news and risks of the emerging corona virus increases with their exposure to study newspaper sites as a source of information.
