المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للبرامج الحوارية في التليفزيون البحريني في تناول أداء السلطة التشريعية، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية التفسيرية التي تستهدف وصف وتفسير ظاهرة معينة كما هي في الواقع الحالي من حيث الخصائص العامة والتفصيلية للموضوع بما فيه من عناصر ومؤثرات، وذلك باستخدام المنهج العلمي في كافة إجراءات البحث. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الإعلامي بغية تحليل بنية الموضوع وتوضيح سماته ومكوناته ووصف أبعاده المختلفة كما هي في الواقع، كما وظفت أيضاً التحليل الكيفي من خلال التحليل المتعمق لمحتوى البرامج الحوارية عينة الدراسة بما يوضح الأطروحات الرئيسة والمقولات التفصيلية، وهو ما يتيح الوصف والتفسير والاستنتاج والاستدلال على أسس موضوعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (24) حلقة، واستخدم الباحثان استمارة تحليل المضمون، وتحليل الأطروحات، ومسار البرهنة، والكلمات الرئيسة كأدوات لجمع بيانات الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البرامج الحوارية كان لديها التزام كبير بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية عند تناول الأداء التشريعي على كافة أبعاد مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية، كما أشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى النهضة التشريعية التي تعيشها مملكة البحرين عبر سلسلة القوانين التي أدت إلى النهوض في كافة المجالات، ورسخت مفهوم دولة المؤسسات واحترام سيادة القانون واستقلال القضاء بجانب الحفاظ على سيادة المملكة وحماية منجزاتها ومكتسابتها الوطنية، وعززت من المشاركة السياسية، وفعلت دور المجتمع المدني وتمكن المرأة، وساهمت في حماية الحقوق والحريات والتعايش السلمي، ودعمت بيئة العمل في البحرين بما يضمن تسوية المنازعات وحماية المنافسة والمستهلك، بالإضافة إلى تشريعات حماية البيئة والحفاظ عليها بما يضمن استدامتها.

This study aims to examine and analyze the social responsibility dimensions of the talk shows on Bahraini TV in dealing with the legislative authority›s performance. This study is a descriptive study that aims to describe and interpret a specific phenomenon in the current reality in terms of general and detailed characteristics of the subject with its elements and effects, using the scientific method in all research procedures. Therefore, the study relied on the media survey methodology, which is a systematic scientific effort to analyze the subject›s structure, clarify its features and components, and describe its various dimensions as they are in reality. It also employed the qualitative analysis through an in-depth analysis of the programs› content to clarify the main themes and detailed statements, which allows description, interpretation, conclusion, and inference on objective grounds. The study sample consisted of (24) episodes, and the researchers used the content analysis form, thematic analysis, proof analysis, and keywords analysis as data collection tools. The results revealed that the talk shows had a significant commitment to their social responsibilities when dealing with legislative performance, on all dimensions of the social responsibility scale, and the results also indicated the legislative renaissance experienced by the Kingdom of Bahrain through a series of laws that led to the advancement in all fields, and established the concept of the state of institutions Respect for the rule of law and independence of the judiciary, as well as preserving the Kingdom›s sovereignty and protecting its national achievements and gains, and promoted political participation and activated the role of civil society and the empowerment of women, and contributed to protecting rights, freedoms and peaceful coexistence, and supported the work environment in Bahrain to ensure the settlement of disputes and protect competition and the consumer, in addition to legislation Protection and preservation of the environment to ensure its sustainability.
