المستخلص: موضوع البحث: يحتل موضوع السلم المدني الأولوية في بحوث معاصرة عند العلماء، وتأتي هذه الأولوية من جراء أفعال مشينة تتبنها أفكار إرهابية تكفيرية، ولـما نسبت تلك الأفكار إلى السنة النبوية كان بحثي هذا يوضح الأصول الهامة للسلم المدني في ميزان السنة النبوية ومفارقة تلك الأفكار والمعتقدات لتلك الأصول القائمة على العدل والإنصاف.. هدفه الرئيس: بيان معنى السلم المدني وأبرز أصوله التي أسستها السنة النبوية، ودفع الشبه الواردة في نسبة منهج وعمل الفئة الضالة إلى السنة النبوية. مشكلة البحث: هل يخالف الفكر الضال التكفيري المعاصر في مفهوم السلم المدني وأصوله المبينة في السنة النبوية؟ أهم نتائجه: وضوح معنى السلم المدني في مهد الإسلام وداره الأولى - المدنية النبوية- وبناء أسسه وقواعده كانت واضحة في السنة النبوية وتتفق مع الشرائع الإلهية كلها.. وقد دارت نصوص السنة بين الترغيب في السلم ودواعيه والترهيب من نواقضه، والتحذير من الإرهاب وأصحابه ومنهجهم في الترويع والتخويف وكل الأسباب الداعية لتقويض هذا السلم.

Title: Civil peace between the justice of prophetic sunnah versus the terrorism of stray ideology Research topic: Civil peace occupies the priority of contemporary researches for scientists, This priority comes as a result of disgraceful acts adopted by terrorist atonement ideas such as al-Qaeda and ISIS, and when those ideas were imputed to the Sunnah of the Prophet peace be upon him, my research explains the important foundations of civil peace in the balance of the Sunnah of the Prophet Peace be upon him , and the paradox of those ideas and beliefs of those principles based on justice and fairness.. Main Objective: Explain the meaning of civil peace and the most prominent of its foundations established by the Prophet’s Sunnah, and shove away the suspicions in the imputation of the method and work of the stray group to the Prophet’s Sunnah Research problem: Does the stray, takfiri, contemporary ideology contradict the concept of civil peace and it’s foundations built in prophetic sunnah? Main results: The clarity of the meaning of civil peace in the cradle of Islam and its first stage - The prophet’s Madinah - and the building of its foundations and rules were clear in the prophetic Sunnah and consistent with all divine laws.. The texts of the sunnah revolved between the desire for peace and its causes and intimidation of its contradictions and the warning against terrorism and its companions and their method of terrorization and intimidation and all causes which lead to undermine this peace.
