المستخلص: يعتبر هذا الكتاب من الكتب التي تضيء جوانب حياة المجتمع عامة والموظفين خاصة، ذلك أن الرقابة الذاتية هي إحدى المتطلبات الأخلاقية التي تنمي شعور الفرد بالمسؤولية. وهي أهم عوامل نجاح العمل، لأنها تغني عن كثير من النظم والتوجيهات والمحاسبة والتدقيق والمتابعة، حيث يدرك الموظف بأنه محاسب على عمله، عالما علم اليقين بأنه سبحانه وتعالى مطلع على ضميره، رقيب على أعماله.
يساعد الكتاب المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة في تعزيز الرقابة الذاتية لموظفيها، لتمكينهم من أداء واجباتهم الوظيفية على أكمل وجه براحة وطمأنينة، وبإخلاص وأمانة، دون الحاجة إلى مسؤول يذكرهم بمسؤولياتهم. كما يتميز الكتاب بالمتعة في قراءته وتصفحه، وسهولة فهمه واستيعابه، كونه مدعم بالشواهد القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة، والتسلسل في العرض. وكذلك يتسم بالإخراج الفني الجيد من حيث تنسيق الألوان، والخطوط والغلاف والشكل الخارجي ونوع الورق، واستخدام الأشكال البيانية؛ وهي عناصر تجعل القارئ يتفاعل مع الكتاب ولا يشعر بالملل.
ومما يؤخذ على الكتاب التكرار في بعض المواضع لنفس النقاط، وكثرة الاقتباس من المؤلفين والمصادر البحثية، وقلة حضور رأي وشخصية الكاتب؛ وكذلك كثرة الفراغات في الصفحات وما بين الأسطر، بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد الكبير على المراجع المأخوذة من الإنترنت.


This book illuminates aspects of the life of society, in general, and employees, in particular. Self-censorship is one of the ethical requirements that develop an individual's sense of responsibility. It is the most important factor for the success of the work because it avoids (the need of) many systems, directives, accounting, auditing, and follow-up. The employee realizes that he will be held accountable for his work, fully knowing that Allah is familiar with his conscience and is watching his work.
The book helps government and private institutions strengthen the self-censorship of their employees, to enable them to perform their functional duties fully with comfort and tranquility, faithfully and honestly, without the need for an official reminding them of their responsibilities. The book is also characterized by fun while reading and going through its pages, ease of understanding and comprehension, being supported by Qur'anic and Hadith evidence, and the sequence in the presentation. It also has good technical editing in terms of color format, lines, cover, hardcover look, paper type, and the use of graphics. They are elements that make the reader interact with the book and not get bored.
The negative points are the repetition of the same points in some places, the frequent quotation of authors and research sources, and the lack of the presence of an opinion and personality of the writer as well as frequent gaps in pages and between the lines, in addition to heavy reliance on references taken from the Internet.
