المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي تصميم نموذج للتعلم النقال بأشكال الدعم بالوسائط المتعددة (الصوتي -النصي -الرسوماتي)، والكشف عن أثرهم في تحصيل، ومهارات البحث في بنك المعرفة المصري والحمل المعرفي، في مقرر "الحاسب الآلي والتوثيق"، باستخدام نموذج الجزار (2014) للتصميم التعليمي، وذلك في ضوء المعايير التصميمية التي تم تحديدها بواسطة الباحثة، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في: اختبار تحصيلي لقياس تحصيل الجانب المعرفي، بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات البحث في بنك المعرفة المصري، مقياس الحمل المعرفي، ومقياس اتجاهات، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبة من طالبات تمهيدي الماجستير-قسم علم الاجتماع بكلية البنات -جامعة عين شمس، وتم تقسيمهن إلى ثلاث مجموعات تجريبية: الأولى، طالبات يتعلمن بشكل الدعم الصوتي، والثانية، طالبات يتعلمن بشكل الدعم النصي، والثالثة طالبات يتعلمن بشكل الدعم الرسوماتي، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب الدرجات في التطبيق القبلي، والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي، لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وذلك في المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث على بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات البحث في بنك المعرفة المصري، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى للمهارات للكل، ولكل مهارة على حدة، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث على مقياس الحمل المعرفي، حيث كان الحمل المعرفي الأكبر للمجموعة التجريبية الأولى، ثم الثانية، بينما كان الحمل المعرفي الأقل للمجموعة التجريبية الثالثة، وأخيرا كشفت النتائج عن تكون اتجاهات إيجابية لدى طالبات المجموعات التجريبية الثلاث نحو كل من مهارات البحث في بنك المعرفة المصري في التعلم النقال، وبيئة التعلم النقال، وأشكال الدعم الثلاثة (الصوتي-النصي-الرسوماتي).

The present research aims to Design a mobile learning model with patterns of support systems with multimedia (Audio- Text- Graphic) and to reveal their effect on achievement, search skills in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank in MS degree female students- sociology department as well as exploring their attitudes towards them. This aim can be achieved through the design of a mobile learning model with patterns of support systems with multimedia (Audio- Text- Graphic) by using Abd El latif El Gazzar's model (2014) for educational design and in light of the design criteria which have been laid down by the female researcher. The research tools are: an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect, an observation form to measure the search skills in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, cognitive load measure, and attitude measure to explore the attitude of MS degree female students towards the search skills in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, mobile learning environment and patterns of support systems. The research`s sample consisted of a total number of (30) MS degree female students- sociology department- College of Women -Ain Shams University in the academic year 2017-2018. They are divided into three experimental groups; the first experimental group received education with audio support pattern, the second one received education with text support pattern while the third experimental group received education with graphic support pattern. The results revealed that there is a statistically significant difference on the achievement test between the scores obtained by the female students included in the study sample in the pretest and the posttest and this difference tilts in favor of the posttest. There was a statistically significant difference on the achievement test between the three experimental groups in the achievement posttest and such difference tilted in favor of the 1st experimental group. The study's results also revealed that there was statistically significant difference between the three experimental groups on the observation form and such difference tilted in favor of the 1st experimental group. The study's results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the three experimental groups in relation to cognitive load in favor of the 3rd experimental group. Finally, the study's results revealed that the attitudes of the majority of the female students included in the study's sample towards the search skills in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank, mobile learning environment and patterns of support systems were positive.
