|a عالجت هذه الدراسة موضوع تطور المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية، بهدف دراسة أهم الاستراتيجيات التي تبنتها منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا في ظل مبادئ الحكم الراشد، وهذا عن طريق أهم المراحل التي مرت بها. بعد استعراض أهم المراحل التي مرت بها المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الجزائر، وعرض مجموعة من المفاهيم حول الحكم الراشد وأهم المبادئ التي يجب تبنيها. أظهرت النتائج أن عدم حوكمة المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية ناتج عن سوء تسيير الاقتصاد الوطني بصفة عامة والمؤسسة العمومية بصفة خاصة.

|b This study dealt with the development of Algerian economic public institutions, with the aim of studying the most important strategies that adopt since independence to the present day under the principles of adult governance, and this through the most important stages that have passed. After reviewing the most important stages of economic institutions in Algeria, he presented a set of concepts on adult governance and the most important principles to be adopted. The results showed that the lack of governance of the economic public enterprise is the result of the mismanagement of the national economy in general and the public enterprise in particular.
