المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تطبيق نظام التكاليف المعيارية في المستشفيات العامة في الجزائر كأداة لترشيد النفقات، باستخدام مقاربة وصفية تحليلية والقيام بدراسة حالة. وتوصلت إلى أنه يوفر معلومات ذات أهمية عن تكاليف تقديم الخدمة الصحية إلى المسؤولين، تمكنهم من اتخاذ قرارات تسمح بترشيد النفقات دون الإنقاص من جودة الخدمة.

The study aims to highlight the importance of applying the standard costing system in public hospitals in Algeria as a tool to rationalize expenditures, by using a descriptive, analytic approach and a case study, the study found that it provides important information on the costs of providing health service to responsables, which enable them to make decisions that permit the rationalization of expenditures without decreasing the service quality.

L’étude a pour but de souligner l’importance d’appliquer le système des coûts standards dans les hôpitaux publics en Algérie comme outil de rationalisation des dépenses, avec l’utilisation de l’approche descriptive analytique et une étude de cas, l’étude a démontré qu’il fournit des informations importantes sur les coûts de prestation de services de santé aux responsables, leur permettant de prendre des décisions rationnelles des dépenses sans réduire la qualité du service.
