|a إن تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار حاجة أساسية للأفراد والجماعات على حد سواء، لذلك غدت المجتمعات تهدف إلى تحقيقه من خلال مكافحتها للجرائم بشتى السبل واستحداث برامج عديدة تساهم في تحقيق الأمن إلا أن أكثر البرامج التي حازت على موافقة الكثيرين "برامج الشرطة المجتمعية" والتي تشمل على جوهرين هما الشركة المجتمعية وحل المشكلات، وهي التي تقوم على الأنظمة المفتوحة وتحليل السياسات وتهتم بمشاركة جميع أفراد المجتمع ويقاس أداء الشرطة المجتمعية بمقدار حجم مشاركة الجمهور، ومقدار انخفاض الجرائم وعدد ضحاياها، بالإضافة إلى تحسين ظروف الحياة وانخفاض المشكلات الاجتماعية نظرًا لتركيزها على الاتصال الدائم بالجمهور ونظرًا لأهمية هذا الموضوع تم إجراء الدراسة الراهنة للتعرف على دور الشرطة المجتمعية في خفض نسبة الجريمة في إمارة أبو ظبي، ولأغراض ذلك طورت استبانة خاصة بموضوع الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة ضمت 200 فرد، (100) من فئة الذكور و(100) من فئة الإناث من أفراد المجتمع من مختلف الأحياء السكنية في إمارة أبو ظبي، ذلك خلال عام 2014 من مختلف الجنسيات، والأعمار، والمستويات التعليمية والمؤهلات الدراسية، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، وقد تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية في تحليل النتائج مثل (التكرارات والنسب المئوية). \nوقد كشف الدراسة عن مدى تأثير الشرطة المجتمعية في إمارة أبو ظبي في خفض نسبة الجريمة ومفهوم المجتمع عن الشرطة المجتمعية، ومدى تعاون المجتمع المحلي مع الشرطة المجتمعية في إمارة أبو ظبي، ونوع النشاطات التي تقوم بها الشرطة المجتمعية في إمارة أبو ظبي، ومعوقات التعاون بين الشرطة والمجتمع التي تحول دون تطبيق مفهوم الشرطة المجتمعية. \n

|f Indeed, achieving security and stability is a fundamental need for individuals and groups alike. Therefore, communities aim to achieve it by combating crime in various ways and creating many programs that contribute to achieving security. However, the most approved programs are “community policing programs,” which include two components, namely, the community company and problem-solving. It is based on open regulations and policy analysis and cares about the participation of all members of society. The performance of community policing is measured by the volume of public participation, the decrease in crime and the number of victims, in addition to improvement of life conditions and decrease in social problems due to its focus on permanent communication with the public. In view of the importance of this topic, the current study was conducted to identify the role of community policing in reducing crime in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Therefore, (the researcher) developed a questionnaire on the study subject, which was applied to a sample consisting of 200 individuals, (100) male and (100) female community members from various residential neighborhoods in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, during 2014, belonging to different nationalities, ages, educational levels, and educational qualifications. The data has been analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). In addition, descriptive statistical methods have been used in analyzing results such as (iterations and percentages). \nThe study revealed the impact of community policing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in reducing the crime rate, the community concept of community policing, the extent of community cooperation with community policing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the type of activities carried out by the community policing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the obstacles to cooperation between the police and the community that prevent the application of the concept of community policing. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
