|a تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية بالدراسة والتحليل، إشكالية بحثية تختص بدراسة منهج النقد التاريخي عند أحد الشخصيات العلمية البارزة في حقل الكتابة التاريخية والحديثية، ألا وهو: "القاضي عياض"؛ أحد مشاهير النخبة العلمية التي افترشت حياتها المسافة الزمنية التي أطرها النصف الثاني من القرن الخامس والنصف الأول من القرن السادس الهجري (11و12م)، حيث اتخذنا مصنفه "ترتيب المدارك وتقريب المسالك لمعرفة أعلام مذهب مالك" كأنموذج. نُخضع مادته للمدارسة والمباحثة، لنستلهم أوجه النقد التاريخي-الحديثي التي مارسها المصنف، والمظاهر الكاشفة لاعتماد هذا المصنف سبيل النقد في تشييد عرش مادته لتمييز السقيم من الصحيح والعليل من السليم بشأن أي خبر أو مادة ساقها. ذلك أن مصنفه: يعد من المصادر التراجمية الهامة، لدراسة تاريخ نخبة من الشخصيات التي خدمت المذهب المالكي تنظيرا وتصنيفا أو تأليفا، وجلت أصول ومبادئ المذهب المالكي، ورجالاته وجهودهم في خدمته، ومواطن انتشاره.

|b This paper aims to investigate and analyze a research problematic with regards to the study of the historical criticism method of one of the eminent scientific figures in the field of the historical and the prophetic tradition writing, namely Al-Qadi Ayyad, one of the famous scientific elite who lived during the period between the second half of the 5th Hijri century (AH) and the first half of the 6th Hijri century ( 11-12 AD), in which we took his compendium "Tartib al-madarik wa taqrib al-masalik li-maʿrifat aʿlam madhhab Malik (Organizing the faculties and revealing the methods for discovering the signs of the school of Malik)" as a model. And this is done by studying and investigating the compendium's material to figure out some of the historical criticism aspects discussed in it and the signs of its adoption of the criticism as a way of constructing its material basis, and to distinguish good from bad concerning any news or material adduced by compendium, as it is considered as a important source of biographies to study the life and history of some eminent figures that served the school of Malik wether in writing or classification, and to reveal the principles of the school of Malik and its sings and their efforts to serve it, in addition to its prevalence.
