يسلط البحث الضوء على قضية لها ارتباط بالواقع المعاش، وهي قضية بني إسرائيل، حيث يحلل الخطاب القرآني لبني إسرائيل، ويستنبط المقاصد الشرعية لذلك الخطاب. ويهدف البحث-بإذن الله تعالى-إلى بيان المقاصد الشرعية في الخطاب القرآني لبني إسرائيل. ويجلي البحث المقاصد العامة في الخطاب القرآني لبني إسرائيل المتمثلة في تحقيق مصالح العباد عن طريق حفظ المصالح الضرورية الخمس: الدين والنفس والنسل والعقل والمال، كما ينتقل إلى الغوص في المقاصد الخاصة للخطاب القرآني المتعلقة ببني إسرائيل. والمقصود بالخطاب القرآني في البحث: النداء الوارد في القرآن الكريم الموجه لهم بصيغة (يا بني إسرائيل). وقد جاءت خطة البحث في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة: التمهيد: تناولت فيه مفهوم الخطاب القرآني ومقاصد الشريعة. المبحث الأول: تناولت فيه طرق استنباط المقاصد الشرعية في الخطاب القرآني لبني إسرائيل. المبحث الثاني: تناولت فيه المقاصد العامة في الخطاب القرآني لبني إسرائيل. المبحث الثالث: تناولت فيه المقاصد الخاصة المتعلقة ببني إسرائيل. ثم مسك الختام، تأتي الخاتمة متضمنة النتائج والتوصيات.
This research discusses a topic that is related to a contemporary issue, i.e., the issue of the Israelites. It analyzes the Qur'anic discourse addressing the Israelites and figures out the objectives of that discourse. The research aims at finding out the Sharia’ah objectives of the Qur'anic discourse to the Israelites. The study clarifies the general shari’ah ultimate objectives of the Quraanic discourse addressing the Israelites that aim at preserving the five human necessities, namely religion, life, progeny, mind, and property; it goes even beyond diving into the special purposes of the Qur'anic discourse addressing the Israelites. What is meant by the Qur'anic discourse in the research is the call in the Holy Quran addressing them as (O Children of Israel). The research proposal comprises an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion: The introduction deals with the meaning of Quranic discourse and shariah objectives. The first section deals with the methodology of Shari’ah ultimate objectives deduction in the Quranic discourse to the Israelites. The second section deals with the general objectives of the Qur'anic discourse addressing the Israelites. The third section deals with the special objectives of the Qur'anic discourse addressing the Israelites. The conclusion includes the results and recommendations.
