المستخلص: تتمحور فكرة البحث حول بيان الدور الذي يقوم به محققو التراث في إعادة بناء السياق الصوتي، الذي يتمثل في النصوص الأدبية بصفة عامة، والنص الشعري بصفة خاصة، وقد وقع الاختيار على ما قدمه العلامة الطاهر بن عاشور لديوان بشار بن برد، حيث التمس في ديوانه جدارة الاهتمام به؛ وذلك لتمثيله التمازج بين القديم والجديد، وتكمن أهمية البحث في منطلقاته؛ ومنها إعادة إحياء النصوص التراثية المدونة، التي قد يعتريها بعض النقص عند استنطاقها، وبعث النصوص القديمة بإعادة نشرها محققة بطريقة علمية، بما يخدم علاقتنا المعاصرة بالتراث، ويتم التحقيق في مسألة بناء سياقها الصوتي، وقد سلك البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لإظهار الأسس المثلى للتحقيق الموضوعي للنصوص، وتقديم بعض الإجراءات المعينة على إعادة بنائها الصوتي، الذي يتخذ أنماطا؛ منها: النص على بحر القصيدة، ومحاولة تسويد البياض، وإصلاح الخلل الكتابي في صور الحرف ونقطه وتشكيله، وإعادة بناء الصوت الخادم للمعجم والصرف والنحو...، ومن نتائج البحث إظهار الصورة المثلى لتحقيق النصوص، وتقريب صورتها المكتوبة لصورتها المنطوقة من خلال إحياء سياق استعمالها، وتعويض الجانب المكتوب من اللغة ما يفقده من العناصر التواصلية، التي تزخر بها اللغة المنطوقة، وإصلاح الخلل الكتابي الحاصل بالنصوص التراثية؛ لذلك يوصي البحث بضرورة تنقيحها، والاتفاق على المواصفات المنهجية التي تضمن دقة تحقيق تلك النصوص، كما فعل المحقق الرصين الطاهر بن عاشور في اجتهاده لإعادة البناء الصوتي للمدونات التراثية، وتعدد تأثيراته على الجوانب اللغوية الأخرى، بما يؤكد نظامية اللغة في مسائل التحقيق الموضوعي، ويثبت حقيقة اكتمال عمليات التحقيق الأنموذجي عند المحقق.

The study focuses on clarifying the role of heritage investigators in reconstructing the phonetic context, which is embodied in literary texts in general and in poetic texts in particular. The great scholar, Muhammad Al-Ṭahir Ibn Ashur, selected Bashar ibn Burd’s Diwan, seeing as ibn Burd put a lot of effort in his Diwan. In this Diwan, he manages to merge old and new poems. The significance of this study appears in its objectives, which include reviving the heritage texts. The study aims to republish the old texts upon verifying them scientifically, hence serving man’s contemporary relationship with the heritage. Furthermore, the study investigates the phonetic context of these texts. The study adopts a descriptive analytical method to show the ideal ways to objectively investigate texts. It also discusses some procedures to be taken to reconstruct their phonetic context. This may take different shapes such as: stating the sea of poem, darkening that which is white, correcting the writing defects that may include letters, points and diacritics, and reconstructing the phonetic context which serves the lexicon, morphology, and grammar. The results of this study reveal the following: the ideal way of verifying texts, how the written context can look similar to the phonetic context through the revival of the usage of the phonetic context, how the written text is compensated for its lack of connective elements because the phonetic context is bridging this gap, and how written errors in heritage texts are corrected. This study recommends further revising these texts and agreeing on the methodological specifications that accurately analyze these texts. The great scholar, Muhammad Al-Ṭahir Ibn Ashur, managed to reconstruct the phonetic context of the heritage texts. This reconstruction was reflected in other linguistic aspects, which emphasizes on the regularity of the language in relation to objective investigation. It proved also the nature of the completeness of the investigation process by the investigator.
