المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على الآثار المترتبة على نسق القيم الحرفي وانعكاساتها على المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بدولة الكويت، وقد جاءت النتائج لتثبت أنه عند مستوي معنوية 0.05 وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير من نسق القيم الحرفي على المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وذلك حيث أوضحت الدراسة وجود تلك العلاقة وذلك التأثير بين التنشئة الاجتماعية ومجتمع الورشة وبين تشكيل شخصية الحرفي، كما توجد علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين ضعف تعليم الحرفي وبين نمط الإدارة المتبع بالوحدة الحرفية، كما بينت الدراسة وجود ارتباط وتحقق التأثير عند نفس مستوي المعنوية 0.05 وذلك بين ثقافة الحرفي وبين تنمية وتطوير الوحدة الحرفية، اتضح أيضا وجود ارتباط وتأثير بين العلاقات الاجتماعية بالوحدة الحرفية وبين كفاءة العمل والإنتاج، بينت الدراسة أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين شخصية الحرفي وبين نمط العلاقة بمجتمع الوحدة الحرفية والبيئة المحيطة. وقد اقترحت الدراسة ضرورة توفير برامج تدريبية لتنمية القيم والاتجاهات الإيجابية لدي القطاع الحرفي ورفع الوعي الحرفي من خلال المشاركة في الندوات والمؤتمرات فضلا عن ضرورة توفير نظم عادلة ومحفزة للأجور والحوافز بهذا القطاع، وتوجيه الدراسات والأبحاث على الجوانب الاجتماعية للقطاع الحرفي بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تبسيط الإجراءات وتيسير العلاقة بين الجهات الرقابية والإشرافية وبين القطاع الحرفي.

The study aimed to shed light on the effects of the literal value system and its repercussions on small and medium enterprises in the State of Kuwait, and the results came to prove that at a significance level 0.05 the existence of a correlation relationship and the effect of the literal value system on small and medium enterprises, as the study showed the existence of that relationship and that effect Between the social upbringing and the workshop community and the formation of the craftsman’s personality, there is also a correlation and influence between the weakness of the craftsman’s education and the management style followed by the craft unit. The study also showed the existence of a correlation and the effect achieved at the same level of significance 0.05 between the craftsman’s culture and the development and development of the craft unit. The existence of a correlation and influence between the social relations with the craft unit and the efficiency of work and production. The study also showed the existence of a relationship and influence between the character of the craftsman and the relationship pattern with the community of the craft unit and the surrounding environment. The study suggested the necessity to provide training programs to develop positive values and trends in the craft sector and raise craft awareness through participation in seminars and conferences as well as the necessity to provide fair and incentive systems for wages and incentives in this sector, and to direct studies and research on the social aspects of the craft sector in addition to the necessity to simplify procedures and facilitate the relationship Between supervisory and supervisory authorities and the craft sector.
