هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة أثر فاعلية الدعم اللوجستي في التقليل من مخاطر الأزمات الأمنية في إدارة المشتريات والمستودعات في شرطة أبو ظبي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم استبانة شملت (35) فقرة لجمع المعلومات الأولية من عينة الدراسة المكونة من (37) فرداً من موظفي الإدارة الوسطى (مدير إدارة، ورئيس قسم، ومدير فرع) في إدارة المشتريات والمستودعات في شرطة أبوظبي. وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها، أن أثر فاعلية الدعم اللوجستي (الإمداد، والنقل، والتخزين، وجودة الخدمة، والعلاقة مع الموردين) في تقليل مخاطر الأزمات الأمنية في إدارة المشتريات والمستودعات في شرطة أبوظبي من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة كان مرتفعاً. كما خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أهمها، ضرورة قيام المنظمات بإيلاء سلسلة التوريد الأهمية التي تستحقها، وما تحتاجه من تخطيط ومتابعة من كافة أقسام المنظمة، كونها تؤدي إلى تحقيق التنسيق والتكامل بين مختلف الأنشطة، وإلى تمكين المنظمات من دمج عدة عمليات في عملية واحدة.
This study aimed to investigate the impact of logistic support on the reduction of security cirisis at the procurement and wherhousing department in abu-Dhabi police. In orger to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (35) paragrahes to gather the primary information from the study sample which contained (37) individuals from the middle-level management of the procurement and wherhousing department in abu-Dhabi police. The statiscal packages for social sciences (SPSS) were used to analyze and examine the hypothes, and other statistical methods, such as Multible and simple regression were used to achieve the study objectives. The main conglusions of the study was, there is a significant impact of effectivents of logistics support (transport, suppliers, wherhousing, quality services, and the relations with suppliers) on the reduction of security crisises risk at the procurement and wherhousing department in abu-Dhabi police, from the point view of the study sample. And the main recommendations of the study was, It’s very important to any organization to give its supply chain the importance needed and the planning following up from all department at the organization because it leads to the coordination between the all departments and to merge some process in one.
