يستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف: 1- الرضا عن الماضي لدى المرشدين التربويين. 2- دلالة الفروق في الرضا عن الماضي لدى المرشدين التربويين على وفق متغير (الجنس، العمر، السكن). ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث بما يأتي: 1-بناء مقياس الرضا عن الماضي لدى المرشدين التربويين وفقا لنظرية "سليجمان"، الذي تألف بصيغته النهائية من (25) فقرة، بعد استكمال شروط الصدق والثبات وتمييز الفقرات، وبلغ معامل الثبات للمقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.76) وبلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة ألفا – لكرونباخ (0.94). ويتحدد البحث بالمرشدين التربويين التابعين لوزارة التربية في المحافظات العراق كافة عدا إقليم كردستان، البالغ عددهم (6796) مرشد ومرشدة، بواقع (3342) مرشد تربوي، و(3454) مرشدة تربوية، بحسب إحصائية وزارة التربية مديرية الإرشاد التربوي للعام الدراسي (2018/ 2019) واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، بلغت نسبتهم (6%) من مجتمع البحث من المجتمع الأصل فبلغ عدد أفراد عينة البحث (183) مرشد تربوي و(217) مرشدة تربوية، موزعين على مديريات التربية في المحافظات الخمس (بغداد، ذي قار، القادسية ، ديالى، كركوك)، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث طبق الباحث مقاييس البحث على العينة، ثم حللت البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في معالجة البيانات (SPSS). وأظهرت النتائج ما يأتي أن المرشدين التربويين: 1- إن المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالرضا عن الماضي. 2- لا توجد فروق بين المرشدين التربويين حسب متغير الجنس في الرضا عن الماضي. 3- لا توجد فروق بين المرشدين التربويين حسب متغير العمر في الرضا عن الماضي. 4- توجد فروق بين المرشدين التربويين حسب متغير السكن (بغداد، ذي قار، القادسية، ديالى، كركوك) في الرضا عن الماضي. وطبقا للنتائج التي توصل إليها البحث قدمت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
The current search targets you know: 1. Satisfaction about the past of educational counselors. 2. Significance of differences in satisfaction about the past of educational counselors according to variable (sex, age, housing). 3. Self-Determination of educational counselors. 4. Significance of differences in Self-Determination of educational counselors according to variable (sex, age, housing). 5. Character Strengths of educational counselors. 6. Significance of differences in the Character Strengths of educational counselors according to variable (sex, age, housing). 7. The extent of the factors of self-determination and Character Strengths in the prediction of each factor of Satisfaction about the past of educational counselors. In order to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researcher: 1. Building a measure of Satisfaction about the past of educational counselors according to the theory of "Seligman", which consisted of the final version of (25) paragraphs, after completing the conditions of honesty and consistency and distinguish paragraphs, and the coefficient of stability of the scale re-test method (0.76) and the coefficient of stability method Alpha For Cronbach (0.94). The research is determined by the educational counselors of the Ministry of Education in all the provinces of Iraq except the Kurdistan Region, which number (6796) counselor and counselor, by (3342) educational counselor, and (3454) educational counselor, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education Directorate of Educational counselors for the academic year (2018 /) The research sample was chosen by stratified random method, they reached (6%) of the research community from the original community. The number of the research sample was (183) educational counselors and (217) educational counselors, distributed among the education directorates in the five governorates (Baghdad, Dhi Qar, Qadisiyah, Diyala, Kirkuk). The researcher applied the research criteria to the sample, then the data were analyzed using the statistical package of social sciences in data processing (SPSS). The results showed the following: 1. Educational counselors are Satisfaction about the past. 2. There are no differences between educational counselors by sex variable in satisfaction with the past. 3. There are no differences between educational counselors by age variable in satisfaction with the past. 4. There are differences between the educational counselors according to the housing variable (Baghdad, Dhi Qar, Qadisiyah, Diyala, Kirkuk) in satisfaction with the past. According to the findings of the research, some recommendations and suggestions were made.
