|a يعالج هذا البحث المبادئ القانونية والأحكام العامة التي يجب أن تحكم نظام التأمين للمستحقين للمعاش عن المؤمن عليهم، سواء في دولة الكويت أو جمهورية مصر العربية، وذلك من حيث مجال التطبيق وشروط الاستحقاق واستمرار أحكام هذا التأمين، وحالات وقفه وإسقاطه، والجهة الإدارية التي تقوم بتطبيقه. وقد اعتمد الباحث في بيان ذلك المنهج المقارن بين كل من التشريع المصري ونظيره الكويتي، وذلك بهدف بيان أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف والمساعدة في اقتراح نظام قانوني شامل ومتكامل يحقق الآمال المنشودة والأهداف التي شرع من أجلها نظام التأمين الاجتماعي.

|f This research addresses the legal principles and general provisions that must govern the insurance system for those entitled to the pension from the insured, whether in the State of Kuwait or the Arab Republic of Egypt, in terms of the field of application, the conditions of entitlement, the continuation of the provisions of this insurance, the cases of its discontinuation and suspension, and the administrative entity that applies it. The researcher adopted a comparative approach between Egyptian legislation and its Kuwaiti counterpart to demonstrate the differences and agreements and help propose a comprehensive and integrated legal system that meets the desired hopes and objectives for which the social insurance system has been initiated.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
