المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي للتلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم في المرحلة الابتدائية من وجهة نظر معلمات التعليم العام في مدينة جدة، والكشف عن الفروق بين التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم في مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي تبعاً لمتغير الصف الدراسي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ونوع التخصص العلمي، والمؤهل العلمي للمعلمة، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما طورت الباحثة استبياناً مكونا من (44) فقرة تقيس بعدين، هما: بعد التوافق النفسي، وبعد التوافق الاجتماعي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمات الصفوف العليا للمرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس الحكومية الملحق بها برامج صعوبات التعلم في مدينة جدة، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغ حجمها (187) معلمة، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن معلمات التعليم العام في مدينة جدة محايدات في موافقتهن على مستوى التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدي التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات معلمات الصفوف العليا للمرحلة الابتدائية في المدارس الحكومية الملحق بها برامج صعوبات التعلم في مدينة جدة تجاه (مستوي التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي لدي التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم) تعزي لمتغير الصف الدراسي لصالح الصف الرابع، وباختلاف سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمات ذوات سنوات الخبرة الأقل (خمس سنوات فأقل)، وباختلاف التخصص، لصالح المعلمات اللاتي تخصصهن (لغة عربية)، كما كشف أيضًا أن هناك فروقًا باختلاف المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمات الحاصلات على مؤهل علمي (دبلوم).

The study aimed to examine the level of psychological and social compatibility among students with learning difficulties in the primary stage from the perspective of public education teachers in the city of Jeddah. It also sought to reveal the differences in the level of psychological and social compatibility among students with learning difficulties that could be attributed to grade, teacher’s years of experience, specialty, and academic qualification variables. To achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical method. She also developed a questionnaire consisting of (44) items that measured two dimensions, namely psychological compatibility and social compatibility. The study population consisted of teachers of upper primary grades in government schools in Jeddah which had programs for students with learning difficulties. The study sample consisted of (187) teachers. The findings showed that public education teachers in the city of Jeddah were neutral in their responses regarding the level of psychological and social compatibility among students with learning difficulties. The findings also revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the responses of teachers of upper primary grades in government schools which had programs for students with learning difficulties in the city of Jeddah to the level of psychological and social compatibility among students with learning difficulties due to the academic grade variable in favour of grade 4, different years of experience in favour of teachers with fewer years of experience (five years or less), and specialty in favour of teachers of the Arabic language. They also showed that there were differences that were due to the academic qualification in favour of the (diploma) qualification.
