|a أجريت هذه الدراسة خلال العام الجامعي 2019 -2020 وهدفت إلى معرفة علاقة تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي بتحقيق معايير الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ليبيا، ومعرفة ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا على مقياس الجودة بين مجموعتي الدراسة. وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة من أساتذة الجامعات الليبية؛ بلغ قوامها (200) عضو هيئة تدريس من مختلف مؤسسات التعليم العالي في ليبيا، منهم (100) تخصصاتهم اعتمدت التربية وطرق التدريس ضمن المقررات المطلوبة، و(100) لم تعتمدها. وقد استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات هذ البحث، وتم تطبيقه بطريقة إلكترونية عن طريق نشره على صفحات خاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ثم أخضعت هذه البيانات للتحليل بواسطة برنامج spss وتوصل الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين تكوين الأستاذ الجامعي ومطابقة معايير الجودة، في حين لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المجموعة التي اعتمدت تخصصاتهم اعتمدت التربية وطرق التدريس ضمن المقررات المطلوبة، والمجموعة التي لم تعتمدها على مقياس ضمان معايير الجودة.

|b This study was conducted during the academic year 2019-2020 and aimed to know the relationship of university professor formation to achieve quality standards in higher education institutions in Libya, also, to know whether there are factually critical contrasts on the quality scale between the two study groups. This study was conducted on a sample of professors of Libyan universities; the strength of (200) faculty members of various institutions of higher education in Libya, of which (100) specializations adopted education and teaching methods within the required courses, and (100) did not. The survey was utilized as an apparatus to gather the data of this research, and was applied electronically by publishing it on the pages of faculty members on social networking sites, and then these data were analyzed by the program spss what's more, the examination arrived at a lot of results, the most significant of which: a factually noteworthy relationship among the composition of the university professor There was no measurably huge contrast between the gathering that adopted their specializations, education and teaching methods within the required courses, and the group that did not rely on the quality assurance standard.

|d Cette étude a été menée au cours de l'année académique 2019-2020 et visait à connaître la relation de la formation des professeurs d'université pour atteindre les normes de qualité dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur en Libye, également, pour savoir s'il existe des contrastes factuellement critiques sur l'échelle de qualité entre les deux études groupes. Cette étude a été menée sur un échantillon de professeurs des universités libyennes ; la force de (200) membres du corps professoral de divers établissements d'enseignement supérieur en Libye, dont (100) spécialisations ont adopté des méthodes d'enseignement et d'enseignement dans les cours requis, et (100) ne l'ont pas fait. L'enquête a été utilisée comme un appareil pour recueillir les données de cette recherche, et a été appliquée électroniquement en la publiant sur les pages des membres du corps professoral sur les sites de réseaux sociaux, puis ces données ont été analysées par le programme spss, de plus, l'examen est arrivé à beaucoup de résultats, dont le plus significatif: une relation factuellement digne de mention dans la composition du professeur d'université II n'y avait pas de contraste mesurable entre le rassemblement qui a adopté ses spécialisations, son éducation et ses méthodes d'enseignement dans les cours requis, et le groupe qui l'a fait ne pas compter sur la norme d'assurance qualité.
