The study aimed to know the reality and obstacles to meeting the outputs of Saudi higher education to the needs of the labor market, and then to provide a future vision to improve the quality of those outputs to meet the needs of the labor market in order to achieve the Kingdom's 2030 vision, and used the documentary descriptive approach, and the Delphi method of his three rounds, applied to 26 experts, and the study reached To the weakness of the Saudi higher education outcomes meeting the needs of the labor market, and the presence of a number of obstacles that limit that, the most important of which are: the lack of business participation in determining the university admission policy, in addition to the rapid and successive changes that occur in the needs of the labor market, and then the study reached a proposed future vision From the point of view of experts in institutions of higher education and the labor market to meet the needs of the labor market included four aspects: partnership between universities and the labor market, activating the application of quality programs, as well as developing continuous evaluation of students, and achieving excellence to improve the quality of higher education outcomes.
هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع ومعوقات تلبية خرجات التعليم العالي السعودي لاحتياجات سوق العمل، ومن ثم تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتحسين جودة تلك المخرجات لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل تحقيقاً لرؤية المملكة ٢٠٣٠م، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي، وأسلوب دلفاي بجولاته الثلاث، وطبقت على ٢٦ خبيراً، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف تلبية متخرجات التعليم العالي السعودي لاحتياجات سوق العمل، ووجود عدد من المعوقات تحد من ذلك أهمها: عدم مشاركة قطاع الأعمال في تحديد سياسة القبول بالجامعات، إضافة إلى التغيرات السريعة والمتلاحقة التي تحدث في احتياجات سوق العمل، ومن ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة من وجهة نظر الخبراء في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وسوق العمل لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل شملت أربعة جوانب هي: الشراكة بين الجامعات وسوق العمل، وتفعيل تطبيق برامج الجودة، فضلاً عن تطوير التقويم المستمر للطلاب، وتحقيق التميز لتحسين جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي.
