المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف صراع الأدوار وعلاقتها بالضغوط النفسية لدى الأمهات العاملات في الإرشاد النفسي في مدارس مدينة حمص وفقا لمتغيرات (السن، عدد الأبناء) وقد تكونت العينة من (375) مرشدة نفسية واستخدمت الباحثة مقياسين هما صراع الأدوار ومقياس الضغوط النفسية وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 بين صراع الأدوار والضغوط النفسية لدى المرشدات النفسيات الأمهات في مدارس مدينة حمص. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على الأبعاد الفرعية لمقياس صراع الأدوار تبعا لمتغير السن وتبعا لمتغير عدد الأبناء. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على الأبعاد الفرعية لمقياس الضغوط النفسية تبعا لمتغير السن. - وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0,05 بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة على الأبعاد الفرعية لمقياس الضغوط النفسية تبعا لمتغير عدد الأبناء، وذلك لصالح الأمهات اللواتي لديهن أكثر من طفلين.

This study aimed at identifying role conflict and its relationship to psychological stress among the mothers working in psychological counseling in the schools of Homs city according to the variables (age, number of children). The sample consisted of (390) psychological counselors and the researcher used two measures, the role conflict and the psychological stress scale. The study concluded the following results: - There was a statistically significant positive relationship at the 0.05 level of significance between conflict of roles and psychological stress among mothers psychological counselors working in the schools of Homs city. - There were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 mean between the average scores of the sample individuals on the sub-dimensions of the role conflict scale according to the age variable and according to the variable number of children. - There were no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 mean between the mean scores of the sample individuals on the sub-dimensions of the psychological stress scale according to the age variable. - There are statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 mean between the average scores of the sample individuals on the sub dimensions of the psychological stress scale according to the variable number of children, for the benefit of mothers who have more than two children.
