|a إن من أهم الموضوعات التي يعالجها القانون الدستوري موضوع العلاقة بين السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية، وكذا مدى التأثير المتبادل بينهما، وفي هذا المقال سوف أحاول التطرق إلى كيفية تأثير السلطة التشريعية على عمل السلطة التنفيذية في التعديل الدستوري الجديد الجزائري رقم 16/01، بحيث أوضح أهم الوسائل والآليات البرلمانية التي يمكن للسلطة التشريعية أن تؤثر على عمل الحكومة، سواءا كانت مرتبة للمسؤولية السياسية للحكومة أمام البرلمان، أو أليات أخرى لا يمكنها ترتيب المسؤولية السياسية للحكومة.
