The methodology is the clear path and the definite way in academic scientific studies. Its features are varied in modern and contemporary linguistic research, such as historical, descriptive, comparative, and contrastive, etc. However, computational linguistics relies on a more accurate approach in defining data and results. We will try to shed light on the approach despite the scarcity of scientific material in the most appropriate approach, the descriptive approach. Since computational linguistics: a science concerned with processing language by means of a computer in a scientific manner based on the principles of the algorithm, it has been known as a pairing between the two sciences of language and computer, one of which is no less important than the other, and this science belongs to the category of cognitive sciences by its overlap with artificial intelligence, this is what we noticed in the definition of Khaled Shaalan when he said: “The study of computer systems to understand natural language generation, according to a computational scientific perspective.” Arabic computer linguistics is often based on special, accurate computer programs in the development of digital rules and data, which help to digitize the language and keep it up to date with the age of technology. This mechanism can only be achieved through the combined efforts of an integrated work team, which includes specialists in the linguistic field on the one hand and specialists in the computer and information field on the other.
