المستخلص: إن عمل المرأة اليوم واقع فرضته الكثير من المستجدات والمفرزات، حيث صار يمثل جزءا كبيرا من الموارد البشرية للدولة، وبين المهللين لعمل المرأة الواصفين له بالإبداع، وبين المانعين له خوفا من انتشار الفتن وتضيع واجباتها الأسرية، أجد نفسي أمام جملة من التساؤلات أهمها: هل واجب المرأة الإبداع في التنمية الاقتصادية أم الإبداع في رعاية أسرتها وتربية أولادها؟ وهل أداءها لواجباتها نحو أسرتها لا يعد تنمية؟ الحقيقة أن قلة وعي النساء بوظيفتهن الأسرية، دفعهن إلى الخروج للعمل لأسباب معتبرة وغير معتبرة، مما وسع دائرة مسؤولياتهن، واستنزفت طاقاتهن، حتى اختزلت وظيفتهن الأسرية وانحصرت في الرعاية. فضلا على ما ينطوي عليه خروجهن من فتن في واقع يزداد تعقيدا وخطورة يوما بعد يوم. والحكمة تقتضي التعامل مع هذا الواقع تعاملا إيجابيا، بتوسيع دوائر الوعي لدى المرأة خاصة بواجباته الأسرية من خلال فقه الموازنات بين المفاسد والمصالح ، فضلا على ذلك لابد من تقديم الدعم المادي والنفسي على مستوى أسرتها وأهلها وأقاربها، وحتى على مستوى مكان عملها. والحقيقة أن الحل الشامل لمشاكل المرأة عامة والعاملة خاصة، تحتاج إلى نقاش جاد موسع من خلال مؤتمرات أو ملتقيات إقليمية وعالمية، تضم جميع الشركاء داخل المجتمع من علماء الشريعة وعلم النفس والاجتماع وحتى الطب.

The work of women today is a reality imposed by many developments and detachments, as it has become a large part of the human resources of the state, and among those who praise the work of women describing it with creativity, and among those who deny it for fear of the spread of sedition and the loss of their family duties, I find myself facing a number of questions, the most important of which are: Is it an obligation A woman’s creativity in economic development or creativity in caring for her family and raising her children? Is the performance of her duties towards her family not development? The truth is that the lack of awareness of women about their family function prompted them to go out to work for significant and unpredictable reasons, which expanded the circle of their responsibilities, and drained their energies, until their family function was reduced to care. In addition to the temptation involved in their exit in a reality that is getting more complex and dangerous day by day. The wisdom requires dealing with this reality positively, by expanding the circles of awareness of women in particular their family duties through the jurisprudence of balances between corruption and interests, in addition to that, support must be provided. Financial and psychological at the level of her family, her family and relatives, and even at the level of her workplace. The truth is that a comprehensive solution to the problems of women in general, and working women in particular, needs a serious and extended discussion through regional and international conferences or forums, which include all partners within society, including scholars of Sharia, psychology, sociology and even medicine.
