المستخلص: أصبح موضوع تمكين المرأة في القرن الحادي والعشرين قضية ساخنة حول العالم؛ فالمرأة الحديثة تبحث عن فرص متساوية مع الرجل ويتنافس الأثنان بقوة في مختلف المجالات مثل السياسة والاقتصاد والقطاعات الاجتماعية الأخرى. وقد أظهرت نتائج العديد من الأبحاث أن المرأة حول العالم تقف اليوم على قدم المساواة مع الرجل؛ ولا يمكن إنكار حقيقة أن بعض النساء أفضل بكثير من الرجال عندما يتعلق الأمر ببعض القضايا؛ فالنساء الممكنات يسهمن في تنمية وضع بلادهن الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي، وتشكل النساء حوالي 50% من سكان العالم وأنهن يمثلن العمود الفقري لتنمية بلادهن، ومن جانب أخر ووفقا للمركز الأمريكي للمرأة القيادية فإن دمج المرأة الكلي في الحياة الاقتصادية للدولة هو أمر أساسي بالنسبة لرفاهية المجتمع، ومع ذلك، فلا يزال هذا الأمر غير ملتفتا إليه بدرجة ما. وفي ضوء ما تم طرحه في البحث الحالي تم الاستنتاج بأن هناك بعدان للتمكين الأول داخلي وهو التمكين النفسي وهو سابق على البعد الآخر والثاني خارجي يشمل أنواع متعددة من التمكين هي التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والسياسي والقانوني والتربوي والبيئي والصحي، وأن كلا البعدين يتطلبان تدخلا خارجيا لمساعدة المرأة مع ضرورة توافر الرغبة الكاملة لديها، واستنادا إلى ذلك كله تم التركيز على التمكين النفسي لدى النساء على وجه الخصوص وقد عرضت نظرية (سبريتزر) 1995 بشيء من الإفاضة والتي ركزت على أنه ينبغي النظر إلى التمكين النفسي على أنه بناء أو تركيب فكري ومفاهيمي؛ وقد استعرضت أهم فرص تمكين المرأة وأهم التحديات التي تجابه ذلك؛ ولابد من الإشارة هنا إلى أننا اقتصرنا على التعرف على مختلف التحديات التي تواجه تمكين المرأة (على مستوى النساء حصرا) وليس على مستوى المنظمات والهيئات الحكومية وغير الحكومية ذات الصلة إذ أن الأخيرة ترتبط بالجهاز المؤسسي والهيكلي لهذه المنظمات وهذا ليس من اهتمام البحث الحالي، وفي ضوء ذلك كله خلص البحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات.

The subject of empowering women in the twenty-first century has become a hot issue around the world. Modern women are searching for equal opportunities with men and the two are competing strongly in various fields such as politics, economics and other social sectors. The results of many studies have shown that women around the world today stand on an equal footing with men; it is undeniable that some women are much better than men when it comes to some issues. Possible women contribute to the development of their country's economic, social and political status, and women make up about 50 % of the world’s population, and they represent the backbone of the development of their countries. On the other hand, according to the American Center for Leadership Women, the overall integration of women in the economic life of the state is essential for the welfare of society, however, this matter remains somewhat unattractive to it. In light of what was proposed in the current research, it was concluded that there are two dimensions of the first internal empowerment which is psychological empowerment and it is a precedent to the other dimension and the second is external that includes multiple types of empowerment are economic, social, political, legal, educational, environmental and health, and that both dimensions require external intervention to help women with the necessity Having the full desire for it, and based on all of this, a focus was placed on psychological empowerment among women in particular. The 1995 Spritzer theory was presented with some elaboration, which focused on that psychological empowerment should be seen as a building or an intellectual and conceptual structure; I reviewed the most important opportunities for women's empowerment and the most important challenges that confront this; it must be noted here that we have confined ourselves to identifying the various challenges facing women's empowerment (exclusively at the level of women) and not at the level of relevant governmental and non-governmental organizations and bodies as the latter are related to the institutional and structural apparatus of this Organizations This is not of interest to the current research, and in light of all this the research concluded a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.
