المستخلص: للحديث عن طبيعة الدور الاقتصادي الذي بقي للدولة أن تلعبه حاضرا ومستقبلا وحدود ذلك الدور، نرى من الضروري أولا التذكير بأهم المراحل التاريخية سواء تلك المتعلقة بالأفكار السياسية الخاصة بمفهوم الدولة ونشأتها وتطورها عبر العصور أو كذا تلك المتعلقة بالأفكار والمذاهب والأزمات الاقتصادية والمالية المختلفة التي سادت بالمقابل وكذا الأدوار الاقتصادية التي لعبتها الدولة في ظل كل تلك المعطيات.
لأن مجموع تلك المعطيات ستساعد على استشراف ما يمكن للدولة أن تلعبه من دور جديد وإلى أي حد؟

Pour évoquer la nature du rôle économique qui reste à l’Etat de jouer à présent et au futur et les les limites de ce rôl, il est nécessaire de rappeler tout d’abord les étapes historiques concernant le concept de l’Etat, sa création et son développement ainsi que celles concernant les idées , les doctrines et les crises économiques et financiéres qui existaient en paralléle et puis les rôles joués par l’état à l’ombre de toutes ces données là.
car l’ensemble de tout cela aidera à prévoir ce que l’Etat peut encore jouer comme nouveau rôle et jusqu’à quelle limite?

To discuss the nature of the economic role that is left to be played by the state in the present and in the future and the limits of that role, we think it is necessary first to recall the most important historical stages, whether those related to the political ideas of the concept of the state, its emergence and development through the ages, or those related to ideas, doctrines, and the various economic and financial crises that prevailed on the other hand, as well as the economic roles played by the state in light of all these facts.
Because the sum of these facts will help anticipate a new role that the state can play and to what extent it can play?
