المستخلص: La plupart des pays industrialisés ont atteint aujourd'hui un niveau économique et social très enviable par le développement d’esprit d’entreprenariat. De ce fait, la création des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) constitue la base du tissu économique en Algérie, ceci est lié à une grande partie aux dispositifs d’aide à la création d’activité. Ces dispositifs participent de manière positive à la croissance économique, à la création d'emplois et au développement régional et local. D’où l’objectif de ce travail, qui consiste à déterminer le rôle des dispositifs d’aide à la création d’activité (ANSEJ, CNAC, ANGEM) en Algérie et dans la wilaya de Bejaia en particulier.

The objective of this contribution is to determine the contribution of support schemes for the creation of activity (ANSEJ, CNAC, ANGEM) in Algeria and in the city of Bejaia in particular. Indeed, most industrialized countries have reached a very enviable economic and social level today through the development of entrepreneurial spirit. As a result, the creation of small and medium-sized enterprises is the basis of the economic fabric in Algeria, this is linked to a large part of the support schemes for business creation. These schemes contribute positively to economic growth, creation job and regional and local development. Hence the purpose of this work, which is to evaluate the various support schemes for business creation in the city of Bejaia.
