|d Le système de retraite national à connu plusieurs réformes au courant de ces trois dernières décennies, et cela est dû à l’évolution de la conjoncture socio-économique, tel que l’évolution démographique, l’augmentation de l’âge d’entrée dans la vie active, la diminution continue de l’âge de départ à la retraite, faible progression des salaires, emploi informel…etc. Tous ces facteurs ont une influence sur la situation financière du régime de retraite. Pour cela nous avons jugé utile de présenter cette étude qui a pour objectif d’évaluer l’influence des paramètres socio-économique sur le système de retraite Algérien.

|b The Algerian pension system has undergone several reforms, due to the evolution of the socio-economic situation, such as the demographic evolution, the increase of the age of entry into the working life, the continuous decrease of the retirement age, low wage growth, informal employment ... etc. All of these factors affect the financial position of the pension plan. The objective of this research project is to evaluate the influence of socio-economic parameters on the Algerian retirement system.
