Ensuring high quantities of FDI flows is a priority for all countries, including Algeria, which must highlight the attractiveness of the targeted territory by excluding the obstacles that hinder multinational firms. By providing an adequate institutional climate that offers abundant potential minimizing risks and obstacles. The purpose of this paper is to assess and analyze the business climate and institutional quality as an essential determinant ensuring the attractiveness of foreign direct investment and to compare it with certain Arab countries. Assurer des quantités élevées de flux d’IDE est une priorité pour tous les pays, y compris l’Algérie, qui doit mettre en évidence l’attrait du territoire ciblé en excluant les obstacles qui gênent les firmes multinationales. En Fournissant un climat institutionnel adéquat qui offre de abondantes potentialités minimisant les risques et les obstacles. L’objet de ce papier consiste à apprécier et d’analyser le climat des affaires et la qualité institutionnelle comme déterminant essentiel assurant l'attractivité de l’investissement direct étranger et de le comparer avec certains pays arabes. |
