|a مع صدمة التراجع المكوكي، والتدني المهين للمستوى القرائي لدى تلامذة المدرسة المغربية، والمستوى الثانوي على الخصوص، والذي صدعت به مجموعة من التقارير: كتقرير البنك الدولي لسنة 2008، وتقرير اليونسكو يناير 2014، وتقرير منظمة التنمية البشرية لعام 2013. وغيرها، ونظرا لعقم كل الإصلاحات المتتالية وتتابع النكبات والإخفاقات تتري لكل الإجراءات الاستعجالية والعلاجية، ولمعظم المواثيق الصادرة لإنقاذ المنظومة التعليمية، أمام هذا كله، صار مبدأ الارتجال والتخبط في الحلول الترقيعية، غير المدروسة والمتهورة أحيانا، هو القشة التي تتمسك بها الجهات المعنية محاولة الجنوح بسفينة التعليم إلى شط الأمان، وعلى مستوى تحليل النصوص الأدبية، فقد برزت "القراءة المنهجية"، لتجاوز عوائق التقدم القرائي وعراقيل الفهم والإبداع الأدبي.

|b With the shock of the shuttle regression, and the humiliating low level of reading among Moroccan school students, and the secondary level in particular, which resulted in a number of reports: such as the World Bank report for the year 2008, the UNESCO report in January 2014, and the report of the Human Development Organization for 2013..…and others, and given the futility of all successive reforms and successive calamities and failures, all urgent and remedial measures are observed, and for most of the charters issued to save the educational system, in front of all this, the principle of improvisation and confusion in patchwork solutions, ill-considered and sometimes reckless. It is the straw that the concerned authorities hold on to the attempt to strand the ship of education to the coast of safety.
