المستخلص: Les circonstances exceptionnelles actuelles dans lesquelles le pays vit à la suite de l'épidémie de la pandémie de coronavirus ont entraîné le déclin de l'économie à des niveaux que la plupart des économistes considèrent comme record et sans précédent dans l'histoire humaine, et représentés par la survenue d'une paralysie totale ou partielle dans une grande partie des secteurs industriels, des services et autres, et les entreprises sont considérées en particulier. Petits et moyens les plus touchés; Certains d'entre eux ont réduit leur production, mais certains d'entre eux ont arrêté définitivement l'exploitation, en raison des problèmes et des difficultés qui ne surgissent pas du moment et ne peuvent être attribués à la seule pandémie, ou pour dire que la pandémie est la principale raison de l'aggravation de la situation de contraction dans notre pays.

The current exceptional circumstances in which the country is living following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic have caused the economy to decline to levels that most economists consider to have a high record and unprecedented in human history represented by the occurrence of total or partial paralysis in a large part of industrial, service and other sectors, and businesses in particular. Small and medium-sized enterprises were the most affected; some of them have reduced their production, but some of them have definitively stopped the exploitation of resources, due to the problems and difficulties which do not arise at the moment and cannot be attributed to the pandemic alone, or to say that the pandemic is the main reason for the worsening of the contraction situation in our country.
