|b The current pandemic corona virus has shaken the whole world and has raised a lot of concern on several levels; several economic activities are at a standstill which has emptied the coffers of the State following the incapacity of certain operators of honor their tax obligations. The state, which only has the taxes to fund these funds, is currently in a dilemma of funding public services, and at the same time facing the devastating effects of the corona virus pandemic. In response, the Moroccan government, like other governments, has deployed various legal and regulatory measures to counter the harmful effects of this pandemic and support certain vulnerable populations directly affected and save the economy, whose pace has dropped, this is the creation of a special fund under the High instructions of His Majesty the King. Our study focuses on the measures taken and to be taken in tax matters on the occasion of the spread of this virus to feed the coffers of the State and preserve the purchasing powers of households affected by this pandemic, especially those who exercise in the informal sector, and how the government will seize this opportunity to think of shifting them to the formal and getting the country out with less damage.

|d L'actuelle pandémie corona virus a secoué le monde entier et a soulevé beaucoup d'inquiétude à plusieurs niveaux, plusieurs activités économiques sont à l'arrêt ce qui a vidé les caisses de l'Etat suite à l'incapacité de certains opérateurs d'honorer leurs obligations fiscales. L'Etat qui n'a que les impôts pour alimenter ces caisses, se trouve actuellement dans un dilemme de financer les services publics, et en même temps faire face aux effets dévastateurs de la pandémie corona virus. En guise de riposte, le gouvernement marocain, à l'instar des autres gouvernements, a déployé différentes mesures juridiques et règlementaires pour contrer les effets néfastes de cette pandémie et soutenir certaines populations vulnérables touchées directement et sauver l'économie dont le rythme a baissé, il en est ainsi la création d'un fonds spécial sous les Hautes instructions de sa Majesté le Roi. Notre étude se focalise sur les mesures prises et à prendre en matière fiscale à l'occasion de la propagation de ce virus pour alimenter les caisses de l'Etat et préserver les pouvoirs d'achats des ménages touchés par cette pandémie notamment ceux qui exercent dans le secteur informel, et comment le gouvernement va saisir cette occasion pour penser à les glisser vers le formel et faire sortir le pays avec moins de dégâts.
