المستخلص: تعاني أم البواقي من عدة مشاكل اقتصادية واجتماعية وبيئية. إن المشكلة التي تهمنا والتي هي بلا شك حالة مقلقة لكل من سكانها والسلطات المحلية تتعلق بالنفايات المنزلية. تحتاج أم البواقي إلى تنمية محلية مستدامة من حيث النفايات نظرا للحالة الكارثية التي أصبحت متشابكة فيها. مسألة النفايات تنشأ بحدة وتؤثر على كل واحد منا. أيضا، نحن جميعا قلقون من الوضع السائد في هذه المدينة. واجبنا هو تنفيذ خطة تستطيع إدارة النفايات وتسييرها بطريقة عقلانية. يهدف بحثنا التحليل نظام إدارة النفايات من أجل فهم أفضل لحقيقة هذه الحالة واقتراح حل وفعال يتكيف مع السياق الحضري والسياق الثقافي من خلال العمل التعاوني وزيادة الوعي هذه المشكلة الشائكة

Oum El Bouaghi is suffering from many economic, social and environmental issues which bather both its residents and the local authorities .This problem is certainly due to the waste and trash that are thrown every day by the inhabitants. There should be an urgent solution as a sustainable local development to face this disastrous situation. Wastes are increasing day by day and impacts all of us .We are all upset about this current terrible situation in our hometown .Our role is to look for an efficient rational plan to cope with this problem and lead it effectively. Our research aims to look for good analyses for Waste management system to get used very well and understand the reality of this situation and suggest effective solutions that fit both the urban and cultural context by collaborating and sharing the work and be more aware about the latter. The establishment of a rigorous process and the use of adequate methods should raise the public awareness of the issues of household waste management, and therefore lead them to adopt a responsible and citizen behavior

Oum El Bouaghi est confrontée à de multiples problèmes économiques, sociaux et environnementaux. Le problème qui nous interpelle et qui constitue incontestablement une situation préoccupante tant pour ses habitants que pour les autorités locales est lié aux déchets ménagers. Oum el Bouaghi opte pour un développement local durable en termes de déchets vu l’état catastrophique dans lequel elle s’est enlisée. La question des déchets se pose avec acuité et nous interpelle tous. Aussi, sommes-nous tous concernés par la situation qui prévaut dans cette ville. Notre devoir est d’élaborer un dispositif susceptible de gérer rationnellement les déchets. Notre recherche vise donc à Analyser le système de gestion des déchets pour mieux appréhender la réalité de cet état de fait et à proposer une solution efficace et efficiente adaptable au contexte urbain et au contexte culturel par l’entremise d’un travail collaboratif et une meilleure sensibilisation à cet épineux problème.
