المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال تحليل نشاط رسكلة النفايات المنزلية ويهدف إلى إبراز مساهمة هذا النشاط في المحافظة على الموارد الطبيعية والحد من الآثار الخارجية السلبية المتمثلة في التلوث والغازات الدفيئة المرتبطة بقطاع النفايات المنزلية وهذا بإتباع منهجية استنباطية إلى جانب تحليل إحصائي لتجارب دولية في مجال الرسكلة خاصة في فرنسا. أكدت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن رسكلة النفايات المنزلية تسمح لهذه الأخيرة بتعويض الموارد الطبيعية الخام والتقليل من ظهور الآثار الخارجية التي تؤثر سلبا على البيئة.

This article aims to analyze the activity of recycling of household waste and highlight its contribution in the preservation of natural resources and the limitation of pollution externalities limitation of pollution externalities, in addition those relating to global warming inherent in the waste sector. And this, by adopting a hypothetical deductive approach as well as a statistical analysis carried out in this area in developed countries, notably France. The results of this study revealed that the recycling of household waste allows it to replace primary resources, moreover this recovery avoids the appearance of externalities which negatively impact the environment.

Cet article se propose d’analyser l’activité du recyclage des déchets ménagers et vise à mettre en exergue sa contribution dans la préservation des ressources naturelles et à la limitation des externalités de pollution ainsi que celles relatives au réchauffement climatique inhérentes au secteur de ces déchets ménagers et ce, en adoptant une démarche hypothético déductive ainsi qu’une analyse statistique réalisée dans ce domaine au niveau des pays développés notamment la France. Les résultats de cette étude ont révélé que le recyclage des déchets ménagers permet à ces derniers de se substituer aux ressources primaires, en outre cette valorisation évite l’apparition des externalités qui impactent négativement l’environnement.
