تتمثل المشكلة البحثية في رصد وتحليل وتفسير سمات وخصائص الخطاب الصحفي المصري نحو العلاقات المصرية الأفريقية بعد تولي مصر لرئاسة الاتحاد الافريقي، مع تحديد مصادر المواد الصحفية ووسائل إبرازها، ورصد الأطروحات ومسارات البرهنة والقوى الفاعلة والأطر المرجعية التي طرحتها الصحف المصرية. ويتم هذا الرصد بنوعيه الكمي والكيفي للوقوف على طبيعة كل صحيفة في تناولها ومعالجتها للموضوع. واعتمدت الدراسة على نظريتين هما: نظرية تحليل الأطر ونظرية السياق. تنتمي الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح بشقيه الوصفي والتحليلي باعتباره جهدا علمياً منظما يساعد في الحصول على المعلومات والبيانات الخاصة بالظاهرة التي يتم دراستها. استخدمت الدراسة أسلوب تحليل الخطاب حيث تبرز أهمية استخدام أسلوب تحليل الخطاب في الدراسة المقدمة بما يتيحه من أدوات وأسس منهجية تساعد على التعرف على الأيديولوجية الحاكمة للمعالجة الصحفية للعلاقات المصرية الأفريقية من خلال رصد وتحليل أطروحات الخطاب الصحفي والحجج المدللة على صحة هذه الأطروحات لتبرير موقف الصحيفة وتوجهاتها وتصورات الأطراف الفاعلة المقدمة في خطاباتها في الفترة محل الدراسة. وفي إطار أسلوب تحليل الخطاب الصحفي، تم توظيف ثلاث أدوات بحثية هم: مسارات البرهنة والقوى الفاعلة والأطر المرجعية. بناء على الدراسة الاستطلاعية، تم التوصل إلى أكثر الصحف تناولاً وتغطيا للعلاقات المصرية الإفريقية. وهذه الصحف هي صحف الأهرام وأخبار اليوم والوطن والمصري اليوم. وقد تحددت الفترة الزمنية للدراسة في الفترة من 1 فبراير إلى 30 مايو 2019 وذلك نظراً لأن تلك الفترة واكبت حدث تولي مصر لرئاسة الاتحاد الافريقي الذي له تأثير على المصالح المصرية وعلى ازدهار العلاقات المصرية الأفريقية. وخلصت تلك الدراسة إلى ازدهار الخطاب الصحفي المصري تجاه أفريقيا، حيث جاء تولى مصر لرئاسة الاتحاد الأفريقي الحدث الأكبر والأهم في عام 2019 والذي ترتب عليه ظهور بوادر المستقبل المشرق للعلاقات المصرية الأفريقية في التغطية الصحفية خلال عام 2019.
The research problem consists in monitoring, analyzing and interpreting the features and characteristics of the Egyptian press discourse towards the Egyptian-African relations after Egypt assumed the presidency of the African Union, with identifying the sources of press materials and means of highlighting them, and monitoring the theses, the paths of proof, and the reference frameworks put forward by the Egyptian newspapers. This monitoring is carried out, both quantitative and qualitative, to determine the nature of each newspaper in its handling of the topic. The study relied on two theories: the frame analysis theory and the context theory. The study belongs to the descriptive studies. The study also relied on the survey method, both descriptive and analytical, as it is an organized scientific effort that helps in obtaining information and data on the phenomenon being studied. The study used the discourse analysis method, where the importance of using the discourse analysis method is highlighted in the presented study with the tools, it helps to identify the ideology that governs the journalistic treatment of the Egyptian-African relations by monitoring and analyzing the theses of the press discourse and the arguments for the validity of these theses to justify the newspaper’s position, orientations and perceptions. Three research tools were employed: the paths of proof, the actors and the reference frameworks. Based on the survey, the most widely covered newspapers on Egyptian-African relations are Al-Ahram, Akhbar Al-Youm, Al- Watan and Al-Masry Al-Youm newspapers. The time period for the study was determined from February 1 to May 30, 2019. This study concluded with the flourishing of the Egyptian press discourse towards Africa, as Egypt's presidency of the African Union was the largest and most important event in 2019, which resulted in the emergence of the bright future of Egyptian-African relations in the press coverage during 2019.
