المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى وضع استراتيجية مقترحة لتحويل جامعة المنيا إلى جامعة ذكية في ضوء توجهات التحول الرقمي، والنموذج الإماراتي لجامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، من خلال تعرف طبيعة التحول الرقمي للجامعات، ومراحله، وأبرز نماذجه، ومتطلباته، وتوضيح الأسس النظرية للجامعة الذكية، وأهم مقوماتها وأبعادها ومتطلباتها في الفكر الإداري التربوي المعاصر، ورصد جهود جامعة المنيا ومحاولاتها في التحول الرقمي نحو نموذج الجامعة الذكية، وتحليل الوضع الراهن لبيئتها الرقمية والتكنولوجية، وتحديد عناصر القوة والضعف بالبيئة الداخلية للجامعة، وكذا الفرص والتهديدات (التحديات) بالبيئة الخارجية، ثم استعراض أبرز ملامح النموذج الإماراتي لجامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية في محيطها الثقافي والاجتماعي، واستخلاص أوجه الاستفادة منه في بناء استراتيجية التحويل المقترحة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب دراسة الحالة كأحد أساليب ومجالات البحث التربوي المقارن، وأسلوب التحليل البيئي الرباعي (swot analysis)، والمدخل البنائي من خلال مجموعة من الخبراء المتخصصين في الإدارة التربوية والتخطيط الاستراتيجي، وبعض الخبراء المختصين بالتكنولوجيا الرقمية في الجامعة، معتمدا على المقابلات الشخصية المفتوحة/ غير المقننة، والاستبيان، والوثائق والتقارير الرسمية، والموقع والبوابة الإلكترونية الرسمية للجامعة، وملاحظات الواقع ومعايشته بالتجارب الشخصية، ونتائج الدراسات السابقة؛ للوصول إلى استراتيجية مقترحة مكتملة العناصر والأركان، متضمنة خطة تنفيذية لتحويل جامعة المنيا إلى جامعة ذكية بما يتناسب ومحيطها الثقافي والاجتماعي، خلال أفق زمني تقريبي متوقع مقداره، خمس سنوات من العام الجامعي 2020م-/ 2021/ 2024م- 2025م.

The aim of the current research was to develop a proposed strategy for the transformation of Minia University into a smart university in light of the trends of digital transformation, and the Emirati model of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, through identifying the nature of the digital transformation of universities, its stages, key models, and requirements, in addition to clarifying the theoretical foundations of the smart university, its most important components and dimensions, a swell as its requirements in contemporary educational administrative thought. It aimed also to identify the efforts of Minia University and its attempts in the digital transformation into the smart university model, analyze the current state of its digital and technological environment, and identify strengths and weaknesses in the internal environment of the university, as well as opportunities and challenges in the external environment, then review the key features of the Emirati model of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University in its cultural and social environment, and extract its benefits in building the proposed transformation strategy. This research adopted the descriptive case study method as one of the methods and fields of comparative education research, and used the SWOT Analysis, and constructivist approach through a group of experts and specialists in the field of digital technology at the university, relying on personal open/non-standardized interviews, questionnaire, documents and official reports, website and the official portal of the university, and observations of reality with personal experiences, and the findings of previous studies to develop a proposed strategy with complete elements, including an organizational structure and an executive plan to transform Minia University into a smart university in a way that suits its cultural and social environment, within a five-year period; from the academic year 2020-2021 till 2024 - 2025.
