المستخلص: تناول هذه الدراسة تصميم برنامج مخصوص لتحفيز معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية على الإبداع والمواكبة والوعي بأهمية الفن وتقديره مما يحقق الهدف من البرنامج التدريبي وهو توفير فرص التنمية المهنية لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في المملكة العربية السعودية، تطوير منظومة الفن نحو المعاصرة في مدارس التعليم العام، توظيف المفاهيم المعرفية في الفن من خلال مهارات تعليم الفن، تعزيز الدور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للفن وتبني النظرة التقديرية للفن والفنان. كما تتحدد مشكلة البحث في التساؤل التالي هل يمكن تحفيز معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في المجتمع وتطوير أساليب التعليم والتأكيد على الدور الحضاري والثقافي والاقتصادي للفن على المستويات المختلفة؟ أهمية الدراسة: 1-الإسهام في خدمة المجتمع فنياً وفق رؤيا معاصرة تأخذ بالدور الثقافي والمهني للفن وما يملكه من ترقيه وتهذيب للذوق العام واستخدام الموارد الفنية. 2-تدريب من هم بمثابة نواة إنماء وتطوير لمجاميع فنية تخدم المجتمع. 3-تحفيز معلمي ومعلمات التربية الفنية في مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة على الإبداع والوعي بأهمية الفن وتقديره. حدود الدراسة: تقتصر الدراسة على حدود زمانية ومكانية من خلال وضع برنامج تدريبي في مدة زمنية لا تتجاوز 20 يوم دراسي في السنة الواحدة لتحفيز معلمي التربية الفنية في مدارس التعليم العام في جميع المراحل الدراسية في محافظة جدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. منهج الدراسة: يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإعداد برنامج تحفيزي وتدريبي مرتبط بمقومات معلم التربية الفنية وباحتياجات المجتمع المعاصر.

This study deals with the design of a special program to motivate teachers of art education in general education schools in Saudi Arabia to create, keep up with and awareness of the importance of art and its appreciation, which achieves the objective of the training program is to provide professional development opportunities for teachers of art education in Saudi Arabia, In general education schools, employ cognitive concepts in art through art education skills, enhance the social and economic role of art and adopt an appreciative view of art and artist. The problem of research is also determined by the following question: Can the teachers of art education in the community be stimulated and educational methods are developed and the cultural, economic and artistic role of art is emphasized at different levels? the importance of studying : 1- Contribute to the service of the society technically according to a contemporary vision that takes the cultural and professional role of art and its own promotion and refinement of the general taste and the use of technical resources. 2- Training those who serve as the nucleus of development and development of technical groups serving the community. 3- Motivate teachers of art education in public education schools in the Kingdom on creativity and awareness of the importance of art and appreciation. The limits of the study: The study is limited to temporal and spatial limits through the development of a training program in a period of time not exceeding 20 school days per year to stimulate the teachers of art education in general education schools at all levels of study in the province of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Study Approach: The research follows the analytical descriptive method to prepare a motivational and training program linked to the elements of the teacher of art education and the needs of contemporary society.
