هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مشاركة المعرفة وتحليل ومعرفة دورها في شركات صناعة الأدوية والتوصل إلى تحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير وأساليب المستقبل والتوصل إلى نتائج وتوصيات من شأنها أن تساهم في الوصول إلى الأهداف. وتبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في عدة تساؤلات أهمها: ما مدى أهمية مشاركة المعرفة ودورها في تحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير؟ منهج الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لاختبار فروض وحجم العينة محل الدراسة (١٣٩٨١) مفردة وكانت العينة العشوائية طبقية (374) مفردة ولإجراء التحليل الإحصائي للقوائم استخدمت الباحثة برنامج (SPSS). أهم النتائج الدراسة: بينت الدراسة أن هناك علاقة بين مشاركة المعرفة وتحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير في شركات قطاع الأدوية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وكذلك يوجد أثر مشاركة المعرفة على تحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير. أهم توصيات الدراسة: العمل على الاهتمام بطبيعة العلاقة القوية التي تربط بين عمالة المعرفة وتحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير في شركات قطاع الأدوية بجمهورية مصر العربية، وكذلك ضرورة الاستفادة من طبيعة الأثر الإيجابي لعمالة المعرفة على تحسين جودة عمليات البحوث والتطوير.
The study aimed to Getting to know, knowing, sharing knowledge, analyzing and knowing its role in the pharmaceutical industry, and reaching to improve the quality of research and development operations and future methods, and to reach results and recommendations that would contribute to reaching goals. The problem of the study crystallized in several questions, the most important of which are: How important is knowledge sharing and its role in improving the quality of research and development processes? Study Approach: The descriptive analytical method was used to test the assumptions and size of the sample under study (13981) singles. The random sample was stratified (374) singles. To perform the statistical analysis of the lists, the researcher used the SPSS program. The most important study results: The study showed that there is a relationship between knowledge sharing and improving the quality of research and development in the pharmaceutical sector companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the impact of knowledge sharing on improving the quality of research and development operations The most important recommendations of the study: Work on the nature of the strong relationship between knowledge employment and improving the quality of research and development in pharmaceutical companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as well as the need to take advantage of the nature of the positive impact of knowledge labor on improving the quality of research and development operations.
