|a أصبح ارتداء الكمامات اليوم من ضرورات الحياة، وهذا ما فرضته علينا الظروف الاستثنائية للعالم والغير مستقرة بسبب تفشي جائحة (كوفيد – 19)، لذا فقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تدريب السيدات والفتيات لتنفيذ كمامات قماشية ذات مواصفات قياسية لحمايتهن وحماية ذويهن من الفيروسات، كذلك رفع مستوى ثقافتهن الصحية وإرشادهن لكيفية التعامل مع الكمامات أثناء الارتداء والخلع والتعقيم، حيث أن ارتداء الكمامات قد أصبح حاجة ملحة بعد بداية تطبيق خطة الدولة في عودة الحياة الطبيعية تدريجياً والتعايش مع فايروس كورونا المستجد مع الحرص على التباعد الاجتماعي، مما جعل أهم توصيات الجهات المعنية في هذه الفترة هي (ارتداء الكمامات - التباعد الاجتماعي)؛ لذلك جاءت أهمية هذه الدراسة في محاولة لتوفير الكمامات الطبية للأطقم الطبية وكذلك الحد من النفايات الغير آمنة والناتجة عن استخدامها، وقد جاءت نتائج الدراسة محققة للأهداف المرجوة منها؛ حيث أن البرنامج التدريبي المعد قد رفع من الوعي الثقافي للسيدات والفتيات تجاه أهمية ارتداء الكمامات والتعامل معها، كذلك تنفيذهن لأشكال متعددة من الكمامات القماشية.

|b Today, wearing masks has become a necessity of life, and this is what the exceptional circumstances of the world imposed on us and unstable due to the outbreak of the (Covid- 19) pandemic, Therefore, this study aimed to train women and girls to implement standard-specification fabric masks to protect them and their families from viruses, As well as raising the level of health education and guidance on how to deal with masks during wearing and taking off and sterilization, Wearing masks has become an urgent need after the start of the implementation of the state’s plan to gradually return to normal life and coexist with the emerging corona virus, while ensuring social distancing, Which made the most important recommendations of the concerned authorities during this period are (wearing masks - social distancing), Therefore, the importance of this study came in an attempt to provide medical masks for medical teams, as well as to reduce unsafe waste resulting from their use, The results of the study came to achieve the desired objectives, Whereas, the prepared training program has raised cultural awareness for women and girls about the importance of wearing and dealing with masks, They also implement various forms of fabric masks.
